Perfect week

We had a perfect week at Miramar, great view of the ocean and beach from the 4th floor condo and less than 100 steps to our chairs on the beach. The only negative (very small) was the dysfunctional coffee maker, that needs to be replaced. Every other amenity and property feature was exceptional. I was sad to see that this property will stop accepting pets in September, otherwise would stay there again in a second. But when we travel, our small dogs come with. Leeward Key 405 was great!

Leeward Key #405 Miramar Beach FL

Our stay was good. A few issues came up during our three months stay and Becky was very quick to fix them and respond to these few minor issues. I recommend a thorough cleaning of the unit as the floors , and under the bed were dusty and and full of dust bunnies. Some new cooking pots would be helpful as one was burnt when we checked in. Overall I recommend this rental for the heated pool and closeness to the beach.

6/10 Okay

average, not great

the property itself was great but this condo was not the best. we rented 2 condos on the 4th floor and the other was much nicer for around the same price. the mattresses in each room were old and very uncomfortable and there were a few other issues such as the jacuzzi tub had black mildew that came out when we first turned it on, batteries that had corroded in one of the remotes, etc. We did leave this info on the checklist for the manager when we left. The property was very nice, great elevators, quiet and not as crowded as other areas and great location to the beach, nice pools, etc.

We, as always, want to receive feedback about our properties. We do prefer to hear about any issues while you are here though as it gives us the opportunity to fix them for you. We are very responsive. This property has been recently remodeled and the pictures are quite accurate so I was surprised to hear your disappointment in it. I will certainly let the owner know your opinion of the mattresses as this is the very first complaint we have had concerning them and this owner is very pro active in keeping his property up to guest's standards. All other issues you have notified us of will also be addressed immediately. We hope that you will stay with us again and give us the opportunity to impress you. Thank you again for the feedback.
