Large open-concept living provides large comfy sofa, matching loveseat, recliner & wicker chair. 65” Smart TV w/ Cable. Board games, puzzles & books.

KITCHEN:
Fully stocked with essentials and additional items to make your stay more comfortable including dish towels, garbage bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, hand soap, foil, food wrap, storage bags, coffee pods, sugar and sweeteners, some condiments in the fridge and spices in the cabinet for cooking.
New refrigerator has a filtered water pitcher on the door so you don't need to buy bottled water.
Keurig coffee pot, toaster, blender, woc, bakeware and plenty of silverware and cooking utensils.

DINING ROOM:
Seating for 6 plus 3 chairs at the breakfast bar. Stay connected with our free WiFi and enjoy entertainment on the 4 Smart TVs(Cable TV in Living Room). Smart locks on the doors.

BED & BATH: Bedrooms are all spacious and sleep 8 people comfortably.

Master BR:
King size bed, a huge walk-in closet along with a smart TV. Master bath has a stand up shower, double vanity and hairdryer

2nd bedroom:
Great for kids & adults featuring twin over full bunk and add’l twin bed with a walk-in closet along with a smart TV

3rd bedroom: Full-size bed with a closet & Smart TV

The main bathroom has a tub/shower combo, single vanity, a cabinet for storing your towels and a hairdryer.

All 3 bedrooms have ample closet space and are furnished with pillows, comforters, blankets, pillow protectors and mattress pads. Please bring your own sheets and towels.

LAUNDRY ROOM: features extra-large washer/ dryer. We provide laundry detergent, dryer sheets, bleach and stain stick. In the laundry room is also a vacuum and broom.

Grilling is allowed on the premises in the backyard area. There are 2 propane tanks as well.

Hose in garage to wash off after a day at the beach.

There is a storage room in the back of the garage. We have plenty of beach chairs, beach cart, beach wagon, beach toys and umbrellas. There is also cornhole to play in the back yard.

Clothesline located in backyard.

No beach tags are required, Wildwood is a free beach!

Please provide your own towels, linens and toiletries (sheets, pillowcases, toilet paper, paper towels, etc.). We will provide 2 rolls of papertowes and 4 rolls of toilet paper (2 in each bathroom) to get you started.

We do have plenty of pillows and blankets stored in each of the closets. We just asked that you please put them back upon check out.

Should anything become damaged during your stay, please notify us asap. Renters will be responsible for any damages or missing items.

NOTE: We do not rent to graduating seniors, individuals or groups under the age of 25. No loud music after 10pm please.
No smoking allowed inside the unit or garage.
No Pets.
External Ring doorbell camera in use for your safety and ours.

Safety features at this property include a carbon monoxide detector, a fire extinguisher, smoke detector, first aid kit, and deadbolt locks.

Unfortunately, our condo is not handicapped accessible. Condo is up one flight of stairs.

In addition to payment, a signed lease & copy of valid driver’s license is required within 7 days of booking. House rules are detailed in lease. A $500.00 security deposit is required.

Onsite parties or group events are strictly prohibited.
