Guest Access

You'll find dedicated parking in the front, with entry through the garden gate. Stroll through the garden to reach the apartment at the back of the property. The entrance is conveniently located next to your private deck, overlooking the garden area. Guests have access to shared outdoor spaces, including a dog park and seating areas. Visitors are welcome to park on the street. Keyless entry with a code provided on the day of rental ensures easy access.

Other Things to Note

This apartment is part of a small complex that includes long-term rentals as well as short-term accommodations.

Pets: We are a dog-friendly complex with an on-site pet area, though certain breed restrictions apply due to insurance policies.

For mid-term guests, a lease will be required for the duration of your stay. Depending on the length of stay, county and city taxes may be applied to the monthly rent.
