The house was sparkling clean, very easy check in and very well stocked with everything you need! The beds are very comfy. We enjoyed the pool in the evenings and found it a good location overall. Easy drive to the beach, walk to ice cream and tortugas restaurant just half a block. Will be back for sure!

Perfect view of the fireworks from the front deck. The pool was great for small kids and adults to cool off. The location is central to everything.

This was an awesome house that we would highly recommend! We had 8 in our party and plenty of room. The location was perfect with close beach access and close to town. I don’t think the location could be any better! It was very clean, nicely decorated and had an awesome outdoor hangout area with a pool where we spent many of our evenings. Also, the host checked in daily to make sure all was going well. Easy check in and very minimal check out instructions, which made our last morning super easy getting packed up and out. 10/10 all around!

We just stayed here for the second year in a row, and it was just as wonderful as we remembered! The house is perfect for our two families, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax.The pool is always a hit, and we loved that there were lots of floats and pool toys provided. There was also a great space to play cornhole, and we brought a portable pickleball set that worked out great.The location is another big plus. It’s close to shopping and restaurants, and we especially loved being able to walk to get ice cream and donuts. It is a bit of a drive to reach the beach access past the pylons where you can park right by the water, but we didn’t mind at all.The hosts were wonderful about checking in and making sure we had everything we needed. We had another fantastic stay and highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a great place for families in Port Aransas. We look forward to coming back again!

Great for a group!

We loved our time at this property. It was very clean and it was so nice to have a private pool. The beds were super comfy- even the bunks. It is walking to distance to two great restaurants- tortugas and Venetian hot plate.

House has a horrible smell that made it inhabitable so I was forced to pack up my children in the night and find a hotel room. The first update text message said it was probably build up on the water heater, which led me to believe they knew this was an issue before hand. It’s been two weeks since the stay and I’m still getting the run around on my refund.

We stayed at Marlin Azul for this trip to Port A. The location was perfect. The home was clean and the private pool was an added bonus. Unfortunately, upon unloading our bags and stocking the refrigerator, we found it did not work! Before I could call, a truck pulled up with an apartment sized refrigerator for us to use. Some of our groceries did not fit due to the size and it did not keep things very cold. The water pressure in the en suite trickled, no pressure whatsoever. I let management know and they said someone was coming out to fix the compressor on the refrigerator, but no one ever showed up. The water pressure issue was never addressed and it truly was awful. Great place, but terrible customer service.

We're genuinely glad Marlin Azul's perfect location, clean home, and private pool made a good first impression — but you came to us for a great stay, and the refrigerator and water pressure issues clearly got in the way of that. While the quick delivery of a replacement fridge was a start, it shouldn't have fallen short on space and cooling, and the promised compressor repair never followed through — along with the en suite water pressure going unaddressed — is not the experience we want any guest to have. We've passed all of this along to our team so we can do better on the follow-through. We appreciate your honesty, and we'd welcome the chance to host you again and get it right.

Great location, close to awesome places to check out like Sip Yard! Pool and outside patio area was an absolute joy. The only thing I would’ve liked to see was cleaner patio furniture (chair cushions and outdoor rug). I understand it’s outdoor furniture however it was very dirty. Other than this, it was a great home!

Great property! Loved the pool and downstairs area. The house does not come with any little extras in the kitchen (aluminum foil, plastic wrap, zip-locs, etc) that you might find in others, so be sure to bring your own. Many beach towels were provided and there were a few things for the water in the downstairs trunk. We found the beds to be “taco beds” that slant toward the middle (even the bunk beds) but there are very thick mattress covers over them, so that helps. The couch and love seat in the living area were similarly lumpy and not that comfortable, but honestly, we spent so much time outside it didn’t matter. The host had shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathrooms which was very nice. This property is not a short walk to the beach but it is a short drive. Property manager did not warn us you need a parking permit for the beach, so be sure to get one of those. Overall, great property in a great location that we would rent again. Just know there are houses on either side going up that will prevent privacy in the pool, but for right now, it’s a great space (with only the owners security cameras) and we loved it!
