Located just 0.5 miles from Sugarbush Resort's slopes, it's the ultimate ski getaway for families and groups seeking style and comfort!

We believe in giving our guests complete privacy to enjoy their retreat. We will not be present during your stay but are always available via your booking platform if you have any questions or need assistance.

Ellen’s Edge is a private and conveniently located just minutes from Sugarbush’s Mt. Ellen Resort and Mad River Glen. Downtown Waitsfield is easily and quickly accessible from this home. Skiing, snow shoeing, hiking, biking, nature walks and mountain adventures are readily near this property. This area is directly on the trail network and only a short distance to popular swimming holes. Nearby are some of the Valley’s popular wedding venues and well known restaurants/breweries such as American Flatbread and Lawson’s Finest Liquids!

Guests will have complete and private access to the entire home, including all interior spaces, the backyard deck, and the hot tub.

* Gear Storage: You will have access to the shed for convenient storage of your ski gear, bikes, or other equipment.

*Main Living Area:
The main floor features a spacious, open-plan living and dining area. Unwind in the comfortable living room in front of the warm fireplace, or share a meal at the large dining table.
*Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements:
- 5 private bedrooms provide comfort and privacy for the whole group.
- A Pack N Play and a feeding booster are available for our youngest visitors.
*Entertainment & Relaxation:
- The Adrenaline Zone: A private game room featuring basketball, air hockey, foosball, and a classic arcade table.
- Theater Area: Enjoy a movie night on the 75” TV.
- Outdoor Deck: Soak in the inviting hot tub or gather around the outdoor fire table under the stars.
- Home Gym: Keep up with your fitness routine in our personal home gym.

Parking: In the summer there is space for 5 cars and 4 cars are the max in the winter to allow for plowing. A car is generally necessary to get around the Mad River Valley and in the winter, a vehicle with all wheel drive is strongly recommended. Limited taxing services are available. In the winter Green Mountain Transit offers a free shuttle bus to transport you around the Mad River Valley. The house guidebook has local restaurants, shops, attractions and tips.

Guests will be provided linens, bathroom towels, hot tub towels, toilet paper and hand soap. Guests will need to bring their own personal toiletries along with any disposable kitchen products they may need (paper plates, Saran Wrap, etc.). Air conditioning is installed on the 2nd floor foyer and cools from the top down in addition to a whole home air exchange. *What to Bring:
- Guests should plan to bring their own personal toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, etc.).
- Please bring any disposable kitchen products you may need, such as paper plates, plastic wrap, or extra paper towels.

- The home is equipped with a whole-home air exchange system for fresh air circulation.
