Upon entering the condo, the intimate kitchen welcomes you, equipped with all essentials to whip up a delightful quick meal. The space seamlessly opens up to a cozy living room, where you can enjoy meals at the countertop on two bar stools. The living room invites relaxation, boasting a comfy couch to sink into, a heartwarming fireplace, and a smart TV – perfect for unwinding after a day filled with adventures.

The bathroom, conveniently located downstairs, offers a serene space to freshen up, complete with a soothing bathtub. Stepping out, you'll be graced with your very own private balcony, an ideal spot to soak in the mesmerizing views and perhaps catch a breathtaking sunset.

Venturing up the whimsical spiral staircase, the lofted bedroom awaits, furnished with a plush queen-size bed, ensuring peaceful nights. The bedroom also doubles as a workspace, equipped with a dedicated station, catering to those who need to sprinkle a bit of work into their vacation.

Guest Access:
You will have use of the entire unit. Check-in details are provided to you after you book. On the day of your arrival, our team will provide you with the most updated door code, detailed directions, and other important information regarding your stay.

The Neighborhood:
Near the ski mountain and town, you will find the best of all adventures Steamboat has to offer!

Getting Around:
Steamboat's Free bus, Purple line, stops 504 and 505 are at this property. To go to town or the mountain a transfer is needed, inform the driver of your goal and they will assist you in the transfer.

Other Things to Note:
You will be required to walk to the third level of the community to access the home. This is a top floor condo with gorgeous Mountain views.

The fireplace is disabled for the summer season May - October.

Amenities at the community: All of the common area amenities, including the hot tubs, pools, volleyball court, or grill stations may be closed for all or part of your stay with us. The HOA are following all state and local guidelines which could change at any time. Please check with our team before arrival for the current status of the amenities at this property.

*The pool and spa area will be closed from May 1 - May 5*

Please Note: Only one parking pass is available for the unit, which is highly enforced during our peak tourist seasons.

Located on the free city bus route, there are two bus stations by this complex, Lower Rockies and Upper Rockies. This route loops around the Rockies and makes various stops at the mountain area on its route back to the Mountain Village/Gondola Transit Center. An HOA provided shuttle is on-call (winter only) nightly from 6pm-10:30 pm for easy evening trips to downtown Steamboat Springs or the grocery store.

Like most mountain homes, this unit is not equipped with AC. We provide fans in the summertime to pool the cool night time mountain breeze inside.
