This 3 bedroom home is located in one of the best hidden gem communities of San Diego. Being just off Adams Avenue, it is only a stones throw away from many of North Parks best restaurants, bars and shops.
We have fully stocked our kitchen and designed this home to allow families and friends to feel like they are exploring from the comfort of their own home. Additionally, we have set up an inviting outdoor space for guests looking to BBQ and spend time outdoors in Sunny San Diego.
Absolutely no parties. This is a quiet neighborhood and we will cancel guest reservations/charge fines if guests break house rules. Quiet hours begin at 10pm, the outdoor area is not to be used between 10pm and 8am.
We are typically readily available between 7:30am and 8:30pm. We do our best to respond during off hours, but delays in responses may occur. Check in is contactless. We are usually around if guests need support!

The whole home is yours. We have two parking spaces allocated for guest use. The outdoor area is semi-shared with two apartments in the back, but the picnic table, BBQ, fire pit and chairs are reserved for our guests.
This spacious home is arranged with three bedrooms: a master bedroom with a king bed, a second bedroom with a queen, and a third that has two twin beds and its own en-suite bathroom. Another bathroom is conveniently located off the hallway. For coffee enthusiasts, a Keurig machine is ready with pods in the kitchen.
The space includes a living area with a smart TV set up with Roku, alongside a dining area that seats six. Outdoors, there's a private section for guests featuring a propane fire pit and BBQ grill, within the larger, shared neighbor space. Outdoor seating is plentiful, highlighted by a picnic bench.
Although we would recommend bringing a car or planning to Uber to the many different hotspots of San Diego, this home is walkable to many great restaurants and shops.
We have two parking spaces designated to you and your group! Street parking can be challenging, but there is free street parking in the area.
