Thank you so much for your review and kind words! We're truly happy to hear that you found the house wonderful and enjoyed your stay. We understand that getting to downtown Tamarindo might feel a bit inconvenient to some, but in reality, we're just 8 minutes away by car —with easy access to shops, grocery stores, and restaurants. The best part is that we’re not surrounded by the noise or nightlife of the center, so our guests get the best of both worlds: peaceful rest and relaxation at the house, and the exciting Tamarindo vibe whenever they feel like it. We hope to welcome you back again soon!

Thank you very much for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you felt welcomed, that the home matched the listing photos, and that you enjoyed the pool during your stay. Regarding the master bedroom door lock, we would like to clarify that during your stay we reached out to you twice in order to coordinate a solution, but unfortunately we did not receive a response. We always take our guests’ concerns very seriously and do our best to address any issues as quickly as possible when we are able to coordinate access. Concerning the bathroom outlet, after your departure our maintenance team performed several tests, including running two hairdryers simultaneously in two different bathrooms, without any issues. Based on these tests, we believe the outlet may have tripped due to extended use of multiple hairdryers at the same time across the bathrooms. That said, we truly regret any inconvenience this may have caused during your stay. As for the stained sheet, this was not reported to us during your stay. Had we been notified, we would have immediately taken action with our housekeeping team. Cleanliness is a top priority for us, and we take these matters very seriously. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving the experience for future guests. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again.

Thank you so much for your kind review, Kara! We're thrilled to hear that you and your family enjoyed the house and found everything as pictured. We’re especially glad the space and A/C worked well for everyone —we want all our guests to feel comfortable and at home. Thank you also for understanding that the nearby dogs are outside our control, but we truly appreciate your perspective. We're always working to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable environment for our guests. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we’d love to welcome you back anytime! Pura vida !!

Dear Veronique, Thank you very much for taking the time to share your experience. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the house and that it met your expectations based on the pictures. Regarding the noise from the dogs, our condominium and neighborhood are generally very quiet, and we were not aware of this situation. We truly appreciate your feedback and will take the necessary steps to resolve this issue as soon as possible. As for the pool, since it has a unique design, it receives sunlight most of the year. However, at certain times of the year, it may have more shade, which can affect the water temperature. We regret any inconvenience this may have caused during your stay. Thank you again for visiting. We would love to welcome you back in the future and ensure you have an even more pleasant experience. Best regards, Ana

Hi Margaux, thank you for your kind comments. We enjoyed having you as our guests and hope you return soon. Pura Vida.

Thank you for your detailed review! We’re happy to hear that you had a great stay. We're also glad you felt safe in the gated community and that our security team and hosting service were helpful and responsive. We truly appreciate your feedback about the minor issues you encountered. Regarding the door lock, we were happy to resolve it immediately after you informed us, it was simply a matter of pressing a button. Unfortunately, the issue with the washing machine was not communicated to us during your stay; had we known, we would have gladly guided you through its proper use, as it functions correctly when used as instructed. As for the mattress in the master bedroom, we understand that comfort is a very personal preference. For some people, a mattress that is too soft may not be the best option. Regarding the unpaved road, it's important to note that Tamarindo and the surrounding areas of Guanacaste are rural—not urban-which means that most roads leading to beaches and residential neighborhoods are not paved. In our case, we’re actually fortunate: only the last 160 ft of the road are unpaved, while the rest of the access road is fully paved and accessible by any type of vehicle. Also, in Guanacaste, it’s common to come across all kinds of animals, it's part of the region’s natural and authentic charm that many visitors enjoy. Your comments help us improve, and we’re so grateful that you’d still recommend the property to others. We'd love to host you again in the future

Hello James, Thank you very much for your feedback! We strive every day to ensure that our guests always have the best experience both inside and outside of Casa MareBlu. We're also very happy to hear that you enjoyed the refreshing pool water, the barbecue area, and our accommodation in general. We’re truly sorry that you were disturbed by the barking dogs. The condominium administration has informed us that there are two dogs that bark when they see other animals in the area (such as raccoons, coatis, monkeys, dogs, horses, cows, cats, etc.). As you know, Tamarindo is a rural area where animals can often be seen roaming freely. However, we are working together with the condominium administration and the dogs’ owners to relocate them to a new place. Finally, we want to thank you for choosing us and for being part of the Costa Rican experience. Thanks again, and as you mentioned in your comment, we’ll see you soon—our home is your home!

Thank you so much for this amazing and thoughtful review! We’re thrilled to hear that your family had such a wonderful experience and that the home lived up to your expectations. We absolutely love how you described the essence of Costa Rica’s indoor/outdoor lifestyle —that’s exactly what we hope our guests can enjoy while staying at Casa Mare Blu. It was a true pleasure hosting you, and we’re so glad the location worked out perfectly for exploring Tamarindo and the surrounding beaches. We also appreciate the helpful tips you’ve shared for future guests. Thank you again for your kind words and for highlighting so many beautiful moments from your stay. We're honored to have been part of such special memories and can't wait to welcome you and your family back for more Costa Rican adventures. Pura vida and see you next time! —Ana & the Casa Mare Blu team
