Set directly along the Gulf, this 4,000+ square-foot luxury home offers an extraordinary setting for families and friends to gather, relax, and reconnect. Step outside to the beach, listen to the waves from the comfort of your own retreat, or simply take in the ever-changing Gulf views from the home.

Thoughtfully designed for larger groups, the home features six spacious bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, providing comfort and privacy for everyone in your party. Five king beds, six twin beds, and one full bed comfortably accommodate up to 18 guests, while the private elevator provides convenient access to all levels of the home.

The experience extends beyond the house itself. Just an easy walk from the home's location are the community's pool, tennis courts, and fitness center, giving you even more ways to enjoy your time on St. George Island without getting in the car. The private community also offers a second community pool, pickleball courts and a private aircraft landing strip.

Our stay at this beachfront paradise was absolutely incredible. The home itself is stunning—beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The elevator was a huge plus for convenience, and every detail felt high-end and well-maintained.The location truly can’t be beat. Having private beach access just steps away made it so easy to enjoy the ocean whenever we wanted, and the views were breathtaking—with dolphins making a regular appearance .The host was responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience seamless from start to finish. Everything was exactly as described, if not better.This was one of the best vacation stays we’ve had, and we would absolutely return without hesitation. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious, peaceful beachfront escape!

Unbelievable rental!

We booked this trip as a getaway for our family and 2 other families...all in all it was 6 adults and 6 kids under 4. This house layout was PERFECT for us, and I've never been in a rental that was as well equipped as this home. We had plenty of beach towels, plenty of beach toys and chairs, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything we needed to cook for everybody. Plus a super short walk to the pool! Christie was also super responsive, and the home was very clean upon arrival. We go to SGI a couple times a year and this was by far my favorite rental!

Been coming to SGI for 18 years and this is by far the best house we have ever stayed in. As well as the best owner we have ever delt with. All week our conversation was we were blessed to have for this owner and this house. She is amazing and checked in a couple times a week to be sure we were good and if we needed anything.Only Steps away from the beach is a very accurate description if the amazing Trex deck and boardwalk you walk out on all the way to the sand. Forgetting something back at the house is no big deal staying here it's a 20 second walk back. The house layout can only be described as perfect. The large open living space provides full windows and doors across to see the Gulf every morning of your stay. All the Gulf side bedrooms on the main floor provide breath taking views. The master bedroom upstairs has the same full-length view as the living area and the moon rise are just and beautiful as the sun rise. Every room in the house is BIG, closets, bathrooms, bedrooms, it is very spacious. We loved the Fridge set up very large double fridge that made it so easy for us to keep food for 11 and not have to use any coolers. along with a large wine chiller that worked amazing keeping the adult beverages at 39degrees so they were all prechilled for the coolers at the beach I would recommend this house and this owner 10 out of 10 times!!! I promise you will love it !!!!!

Fantastic stay! Perfect house!

We cannot say enough nice things about our stay here! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The communication, information brochure, and arrival process were some of the best I’ve ever seen - they even had the lights on & a sweet welcome treat for us which was so nice as we rolled in at dusk. The house is incredible - fabulous floor plan for our group. Everyone had plenty of space to spread out - we were three families - 3 couples and 6 teenagers. The house is beautifully renovated, spotlessly clean, and well-appointed. We cooked most meals in, and the kitchen is perfect- great appliances and very well-equipped. The beds are all comfortable, and the curtains / blinds are very nice to create a dark room if you want to sleep in a bit. But if you don’t, the view of sunrise is breathtaking from three of the king bedrooms and the living / dining space. The outside porches and beach access are all so incredible, and we really appreciated the closet full of beach chairs & gear & the towels. Loved watching the pods of dolphins go by all throughout the day. Truly - perfection all around. We just love the sleepy vibe of St George, and really appreciate the amenities like bike paths, pickleball courts, tennis courts, and even used the small gym which is just about 5 houses down. We all can’t wait to come back!!

This home has to be stayed in to believed. The pictures don't do it justice. From the floor to ceiling French Doors in the main room until your feet hit the sand is exactly 52 steps. The decking is composite material so it never gets too hot to walk on. The home is extremely clean and management is very responsive. Any issue was resolved quickly and management would always check back afterwards just to be sure we were happy. The home has a ton of beach towels for use and an outside closet full of beach toys and beach chairs for use. The provided bath towels were soft and the beds were comfortable. The ocean view from the second floor master is unbelievable. All of the TV's are Roku ready and easy to use. Most bedrooms even had power strips so you didn't have to crawl behind the beds to plug in chargers. The only draw backs I can come up with are 2 things: First, the second floor master is a few degrees warmer than the rest of the house but it's due to the floor to ceiling/wall to wall windows facing the ocean. Second, there is no dedicated ice machine. We didn't find this to be an issue though because the house was so close a cooler isn't needed. The beach was soft gulf sand and the location of this house can't be beat. No rush to set up a tent or mark a space. Privacy was never an issue. 20 min drive to food. Small store on the island. No true grocery. Bring food for house with you. Best beach house I have ever rented in 30 years coming to the Gulf. WORTH EVERY PENNY!!

We appreciate your feedback about the ice makers. We will make sure to update the guidebook with more information as there are two full size ice makers in the kitchen - one in each refrigerator. There is also a boost button to make the ice makers produce more ice faster so it will accommodate a lot of guests and ice. The guidebook has a lot of information already in it, but with so many luxurious options in the home it is hard to get everything in the book. We will definitely get this added. We also appreciate your feedback on the temperature. When the home was remodeled, the windows were enlarged to make the views even more amazing. However, with large windows comes a lot of light and it does increase the temperature a little as it is directly on the beach in Florida. We do have window coverings if you want to close them. However, most guests don't want to close them as the beach views are so amazing with the large windows. To combat the Florida heat, we have oustanding air conditioners with separate thermostats on each floor so guests can control the temperature to what they feel is comfortable. This home is located in the Plantation community which is a guard gated community with private beach with no public access. The beach is very quiet. In addition, you can walk to the community pool, tennis courts, gym and have access to Bob Sikes cut, pickleball courts, second community pool, miles of biking and walking trails, and more!

The home was completely remodeled and the pictures of the home are current pictures. It is located directly on the beach with no dunes or view obstructions. Just a few steps and your feet will be in the sand! The home has so many upgrades and amentities - ex double refrigerator with double ice makers, reverse osmosis water filtration, luggage shelves so luggage doesn't need to be stored on the floor, dining room table for 12, outdoor tables and chairs for 12, rocking chairs, and so much more!
