Parking was not free and limited, but the apartment was nice. Checkout seemed impossibly relaxed.

Close to downtown restaurants and shopping

We had a great time staying here close to everything. The rooftop area is really pretty and nice place to have a quiet drink with your friends. I enjoyed having coffee and tea every day. Have that with the rental so I didn’t have to run out and grab anything. Everything you need is right here. I would definitely stay again..

A visit to our son!

The location was perfect! Our son actually lived within 2 blocks from the VRBO! The home was clean, comfortable, and the rooftop was perfect mornings and evenings. Will definitely check for availability when visiting again!

Perfect place to stay in Seattle

Stayed in this terrific townhouse for 3 weeks while visiting family in Seattle. It's in a beautiful and centrally located neighborhood. Lots of walkable restaurants and shops. The townhouse is new and has all you need for a fun vacation. The owner was helpful and available. I will definitely stay there again.

I booked this stay back in April for a concert weekend and was on the ferry on my way when I realized I hadn’t gotten a check in door code. This has happened before where a host just forgets. So I messaged/called for a few hours and didn’t hear back. I then received a text from the owner saying that the place had been double booked on a different platform and people were already staying there. My booking was then abruptly canceled by the host 3 hours after check in time leaving me and my family without somewhere to stay for 3 nights in a different country. There was not a single other option available on Vrbo so I was left to sleep in my car one night & find a hotel an hour away for much more money because of the busy concert weekend. I have not heard anything from the host not even a sorry. To say I’m disappointed is a complete understatement. Please be careful when booking this place (would not recommend) and double check with the host that it is actually available.

Great location

As was visiting family with new baby, the location of this property to their home was ideal - only 50 yards away. My complaints are minor: the TV was in the closet of the bedroom on 2nd floor so not very usable (also some instructions as to the use would have been helpful). The kitchen is sparce on dishes/utensils but made do. Overall however, suited my needs.

Tiered Living space

The only TV was in the second floor bedroom. No TV in common area. When you forgot something it was a long schlep up to the third floor and back. Pictures online make the place look better than reality of living on three floors.

Good and bad

The town house was clean and really very nice; however, there were no wash cloths, no bathroom soap in one bathroom. The pots and pans and dishes were dirty in the dishwasher and their was no dishwasher detergent.The free on street parking didn't mention a two hour limit. The manager didn't respond to our texts or calls at first. If I returned, I would demand a person on site to do a walk through.

Excellent location with rooftop deck on the south side of Capitol Hill. We had a five minute walk to Trader Joe’s or Seattle University and 10 minutes to the heart of all of the restaurants in Capital Hill. Perfect distance away from the nightlife, but close enough to get to quickly. Numerous restaurants, nightlife and shopping options close by. It’s also on the bus route and we waited no longer than two minutes for a few Uber rides. We also walked to pikes place in 30 minutes and got there by bus one day in less than 10 minutes. Great host and townhouse! Will definitely stay there again next time we are in town.

Great stay in a great location!

We really enjoyed our 5 nights at the house. It is very clean and modern, with all the conveniences you would want. The bedrooms are a bit small but fine, and the bathrooms are new and perfectly nice. The small living room and kitchen on the ground floor are well-equipped and very nice. The best parts are the rooftop deck with views of downtown and the location, which is an easy stroll into the lively area of bars, cafes and restaurants around Broadway.
