This spacious 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home with open floorplan has everything you need to make yourself at home. Enjoy the living room with kitchen/dining room downstairs along with a half bath and the garage with laundry area. The garage has a your beach accessories, two bikes and an EV charging station, don't forget to bring your charger cable.
The upstairs has three spacious bedrooms along with a den/TV room. The master bedroom has a beautiful master bathroom with walk-in shower and stand alone tub. It also has a coffee bar and nice balcony looking out to the back yard. A perfect spot for your morning coffee. The other two bedrooms share a beautiful bathroom with walk in shower. The private fenced backyard has putting green, comfortable lounge furniture set and a bbq grill. Our guests have full private access to the house, large driveway, garage. The EV charging station is a Level 2 - 220 volts and it is located inside the garage.
