If you know anything about Lake Austin, you will know how rare of a find this is! Our home has the warm feel of wood cabin but has all of the modern features and decor you could dream of. The patio area with string lights that run all of the way down to the water is a serene place to grill and entertain while enjoying the beautiful scenery. You'll feel like royalty as you bask in the sun from the top deck or balcony overlooking the lake.

This property was just completely redesigned by luxury Austin designer, Sicara Designs. Notice the attention to every detail to make your stay feel luxurious while also not sacrificing comfort.

As you walk through the front door you will notice the huge open concept. With multiple seating options including the massive sectional couch, kitchen table, dining table and lakeview lounge area. The kitchen has everything you need if you will be cooking a feast!

Primary Suite (First Floor): With a luxury plush king bed, ensuite bathroom with double vanity, and a huge walk-in closet you can live like royalty. You will love opening the curtains in the morning to enjoy the massive windows giving you the perfect lake view from bed!

Secondary Suite (Second Floor): This room has the whole second floor to themselves! It features a king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom a tub/shower, and ceiling fan. All the privacy you could hope for!

Guest Bedroom 1 (first floor): A beautifully furnished room with a queen-sized bed, closet and ceiling fan.

Guest Bedroom 2: Perfect for big groups! We have two bunk beds (4 twins) that all have brand new luxury mattresses perfect for kids or adults!

RULES:

*For cancellations, please note that we do charge a payment processing fee on top of our cancellation policy.

We also charge $150 for an unapproved late checkout.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our property. You can smoke outside the property but we will just ask to make sure the smoke doesn't go inside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Violation of our non-smoking policy will result in a minimum fee of $500.

We only host groups where the primary renter is above the age of 25+ years old. Will need ID verification.

No parties, events or more guests that the reservation states without prior approval.

No pets allowed.

Quiet hours in Austin start at 10 PM, which means no guests are allowed outside or in the backyard after 10 PM. We know it's gorgeous out there, but our #1 priority is keeping the neighbors happy and this being a successful vacation rental for the long-term—and the only way that works is if this rule is followed.
Note: There is a $500 fine for any noise violations.

You can use the paddleboards, kayaks, water lily and private slip at no extra charge.
