Property was fantastic and the beach out front was an added bonus. (Note in the the high season the beach is washed away and only rock but great for surfing during that time). Would absolutely stay here again.

What a fabulous place to stay! Val was so helpful getting our luggage in and out and getting us extra pillows and blankets. Such an amazing place! Thank you so much for sharing it with us!

Came back for a second stay at the end of our boating trip, it was like coming home! Val is an amazing host and makes everything clean and comfortable and convenient for us! We will miss you thank you. We will be back!

My third stay at the Tides, and won’t be my last. Spectacular. Location is excellent, close to beach, food, coffee, etc. You will want for nothing, as they have thought of everything. Outstanding spot! And the views…. Pics don’t do it justice!

Val, the property manager was wonderful. He was very responsive to our needs. The apartment was a perfect layout for 2 couples. The place was clean and well appointed with everything we needed. It was e ven stocked with milk and coffee to get us througb our first mor n ing there. The location was great as it was near several very good restaurants, some walksable so we didn't have to worry about driving after a cocktail or two. I would ddfinitely rent this place again. Thank you for a great week in Tortola!

The condo was very clean and comfortable. Loved the location. Hearing the waves break over the rocks was soothing at night.Val, the property manager was terrific, he even helped carry our bags up to the place.Only downside was that there was no place inside to lounge around.

Beautiful apartment and view

Loved the location right next to the surf. With beaches a short walk away. Val, the property manager, was very helpful with check-in and out and local recommendations. .

Great Place To Stay

We enjoyed the peaceful simplicity of listening to the waves crash on the shoreline. Very clean and well kept property. Not far from Road Town but still quiet peaceful.

Perfect three weeks

Fantastic oceanfront location! The property is very comfortable and well maintained. Was wonderful having property manager, Val, on site daily.

Stay was awesome. Love Val he took such good care of us. Appreciated the prompt replies on every question I had - so helpful. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip down.

BEST LOCATION ON THE ENTIRE ISLAND!!!!!!!!!!!

This was the best location on the entire island you wake up to the waves the sea breeze is perfect and if I'm not mistaking, we woke up to a rainbow over the ocean almost every morning. The Tides is such a well thought out accommodating space. I look forward to staying there again!

Beautiful apartment in Tortola

The views in real are stunning! We enjoyed the beach right downstairs and were close enough to drive and enjoy Smugglers, Cane Garden and Brewers Bay.Val took great of us, and we appreciated having water and a fully stocked kitchen/bathrooms for our stay. Definitely going to be our go to spot for the next visit!

Beautiful spot to enjoy the incredible views. The sea can be rough and very rocky in the winter months but the large balcony is a good place to watch the surfers. Clean and bright. The only issue was the opening of the bathroom doors which open inward leaving little room to manoeuvre. Val was excellent-good communication and even put our groceries away for us. We would recommend The Tides.

Such a nice place and beautiful Island

Such a great stay at Apple Bay. The owner and property manager Val were so helpful and very accommodating . We can’t say enough nice things . We will be back very soon to stay there again !!!!! This place is a gem thank you so much ! 100% recommend .!

We have looked at hammock, but the consensus amongst most of our guests is that they prefer the space around the outside dinning table, the outside sitting area and the bbq. We will look at hammocks again.

Beautiful little villa in beautiful location with a breathtaking view. Super efficient and friendly management. Great restaurants and bars within walking distance. Private and peaceful paradise. Truly a place where you can relax, think, and be grateful!

Great property. Well equipped, even had some bug spray, in addition to beach chairs, umbrellas and everything you could need for the kitchen. Beds were comfy. I do wish there were fans on the porch, but everything else was perfect.

Fabulous

We had a fantastic 2 night stay at The Tides. Property was immaculate, very comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed (beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, dishware, cookware, etc). Communication with owner was terrific throughout and check-in and out was very easy. Thank you!

A perfect getaway, in a perfect location, with plentiful amenities and services!

A perfect getaway, in a perfect location! The amenities and services made our stay relaxing and exceedingly comfortable. Spectacular views and conveniently located near the best beaches on Tortola. Used to spend many a summer on the island and know the island well. Can’t say enough about the caretaker of the property who was always within reach and extremely attentive. We look forward to returning next spring.
