The back deck overlooking the ocean was spectacular and pretty much the living space because of the beauty. Beds were very comfortable, and Val was very helpful when needed.

The host Val was attentive and always there if we needed something as well as easy to reach. The high tides had every amenity we needed for a perfect vacation

Incredible stay in Apple Bay. Michael was great to deal with. Place was perfect for our family of 4. Place was clean, modern and had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. Location was epic, waking up with a coffee watching the swell and then walking down to paddle out each am. Val is super helpful during the stay. Already planning next visit to our favorite island.

Val was excellent. I was able to connect with him via WhatsApp. He was very responsive and had High Tide ready for us. Relaxing location, within walking distance of a couple of good restaurants, Sebastian's for casual dining, and Sugar Mill Hotel for a fine dining experience. A steep hill is between you and the beautiful Long Bay beach, definitely worth the morning's exercise.

Great property. Everything was as described. The host was very responsive to questions and gave very detailed and accurate descriptions. Val the property manager was always availabe for anything we needed.

Incredible location and view. Kitchen was well stocked and the unit was very clean. Val the property manager is so nice and helpful, and the owner is also. The property is very well cared for. We will definitely come back.

Good location to sopers hole, cane garden bay and smugglers cove. There some water and ice in the fridge for our first round of drinks great place

Best of Apple bay

Great little spot near Apple Bay near Sebastian's and quick drive to Smuggler's Cove beach. Property was exceptionally clean with everything you need for a getaway. Property manager and host are extremely helpful; we would highly recommend.

This property was the cleanest, most well appointed Vrbo property I have stayed in. Very well designed. Everything was there you would need for a fabulous beach front stay. It is the perfect size for 2 couples or a small family. I loved the way there are two equal bedrooms and bathrooms. It is not big but it has the most fabulous big deck over the beach directly looking at the Caribbean Sea!! Val the property manager is a wonderful host. He was there to greet us, showed us everything in the kitchen, helped with our bags and checked in during our stay. I didn’t want to leave and look forward to visiting again!!!

This place is amazing! So well designed, built, & decorated! Excellent communication from the host/owner, Michael, and Val, the on-island property manager, is the absolute best! He met us to check us in and showed us around and was always available via the WhatsApp if we had questions or issues...like me locking the key inside...ugh. The unit is impeccably clean, and the view is stunning from the main living area, both bedrooms and of course, the covered porch.

The High Tide delivered as advertised. The location was perfect for us, with an awesome porch & view! The property manager, VAL, is a real plus. I cannot overstate his above-and-beyond friendly and helpful service. A minor improvement would be to have better flashlights (with two evening power outages) and extra toilet paper at the condo. The High Tide gets 5 stars!

Very clean and updated place to stay

Stayed for 5 nights with a friend and it was absolutely perfect! Spent most of our time there on the back porch drinking coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. Val, the property manager, was amazing and super responsive. Loved that coffee AND milk were provided! Great location with beach and restaurants a short walk away.

The villa was very clean & well stocked. Air conditioning in all rooms & it was very comfortable. The villa is well stocked! And you could not ask for a better view! Stunning sunsets! Val was AMAZING! He patiently waited for us as we had gotten lost coming from the airport. He insisted on carrying our bags up the stairs for us. As we were leaving the apartment, he goes out in the road and watches the traffic and helps you back out, Val was extremely helpful and easy to reach. Communication was a breeze. I would definitely stay here again.

Great view

Beautiful view from the porch and great location. There are no TVs or living room seating, but we didn't need it. Host was very responsive. We would stay here again!

Absolutely fantastic!

One of the best VRBOs we have ever had. Beautiful water view, close to nice restaurants and the unit was very clean and well stocked. Val was fabulous with communication and even assisted with luggage. We highly recommend this unit if you are visiting Tortola.

Gorgeous view

This was a very comfortable place with beach access. Very clean and our host was always available. I did miss having a TV but we definitely didnt need one. I would love to stay there again!
