What to Expect:
We use a rental agreement to outline your rights and responsibilities. Once guest information is confirmed, we’ll send the agreement via email. As outlined in the NC Vacation Rental Act, signature, payment, or taking possession of the property constitutes acceptance.

Minimum booking age: 25

Starter supplies for 3–4 days are provided. Guests are responsible for restocking during extended stays.

Checkout Instructions:
Please help us prepare for the next guest by completing the following before departure:

Rinse and load dishes into the dishwasher; hand wash pots/pans

Wipe down kitchen and bathroom surfaces

Sweep visible debris

Use rags or paper towels — not white towels

Turn off all lights and lock all doors

Failure to follow checkout procedures may result in additional cleaning fees.

Policies and Fines:
Quiet Hours:
Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. No parties or unregistered guests allowed. Disruptions to neighbors will result in a $400 fine and immediate termination of the stay without refund.

No Pets:
Pets are not allowed. Unauthorized animals will result in a $350 fine. Service animals must be disclosed in advance, and guests are responsible for waste removal and any damage. Excessive cleaning due to pets may incur up to a $300 fee.

No Smoking Indoors:
Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Indoor smoking or evidence of it will result in a $500 fine.

Parking:
Up to five cars may park in the driveway or on the street. Do not drive or park on the lawn; violations result in a $300 fine.

Internet Use:
Illegal downloading or streaming of copyrighted material is prohibited and will result in a $500 fine per occurrence. Guests are responsible for any related damages.

Damage Policy:
All damages must be reported immediately. Guests are financially responsible for damages caused by neglect or misuse.
