Wonderful home in a sweet pup, friendly neighborhood, Cook's kitchen, lots of TVs, and lovely touches, including a bottle of wine to greet us. The pool in the spa are wonderful with towels, a grill outside and more if you can just tell me.!!!

Thanks to the host Amanda for making this vacation wonderful. The house was perfect. It was centrally located to so many great wineries. The kitchen was very well supplied, and the house was well furnished and very comfortable. Best of all, the pool and hot tub was a great way to relax after a day of wine tasting. Amanda was very responsive to our questions before the trip. During our stay she responded within minutes whenever we reached out to her. I can't wait to visit again!

Valentines weekend swim meet

The property was perfect; spacious, quiet, clean , beautiful neighborhood and conveniently located to where we needed to be as well as restaurants and stores. My family and I had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again.

This house was clean and in a great quiet neighborhood. Loaded with all the amenities you could possibly need. Amanda was a great host. It was centrally located to head to wine country or the coast. Lots of cute little towns around there area. Santa Rosa’s downtown offered many great restaurants and bars.

Great space

Everything you need for hosting a family. Bring games as they don’t have many but the house and pool more than make up for it. Great spot, nice quiet neighborhood and easy communication with host.

Perfect wine county escape

Our stay at this stunning midcentury modern home was absolutely perfect. The design of the house was elegant and stylish, yet cozy and welcoming. The private pool and spa were highlights of our trip—soaking under the stars after a day exploring wine country was magical. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the attention to detail throughout the house made it feel luxurious. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in wine country!

Lovely in every way!!!

We had the best time! The home is so clean and all the touches are so thoughtful. We brought our pup too for her 13th birthday! The neighborhood is beautiful & friendly, stores close by, great parks and grocery stores. The pool and garden are very private, perfect for a relaxing family get together! Amanda was very helpful and responsive too!! We will definitely go back!!!

I needed a mini getaway and this was the perfect spot! It was quiet, cozy and just what I needed to relax. It was a little cold to get in the pool (solar heated), since it was partly cloudy, but the spa was perfect. The kitchen was massive and now I want one like it. It’s well stocked and labeled. I ended up cooking every meal there, which was perfect. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I loved that there were washcloths specifically for makeup. Would definitely stay here again for longer!At different points during my stay (when I was outside), I did hear the neighbors on either side, which shows how close you are to one another, but it didn’t ruin any part of my stay. Just emphasizes this stay isn’t for those looking to be loud and party.

The best part of our stay was enjoying the open floor plan. Living room, dining room, and kitchen form one large open space that is perfect for a group of six people to prepare meals, enjoy meals, and hang out. We also enjoyed the spacious game room.We didn’t use the pool or hot tub.The host was also very easy to work with.The weather for our visit was unseasonably warm. We found the third bedroom, which only had a fan, to be a challenge to cool off in the evening. Also, our party of six brought and used several electronic devices in addition to the Smart TVs at the place. The WiFi always worked, but at times we found the WiFi to have noticeable lags.Overall, we highly recommend this place.

The kitchen was really well appointed, the best I've ever seen in a rental. We cooked a meal for 12 people and everything we needed was there. The stove was a bit finicky in terms of ignition. The hot tub was also finicky which was annoying but we did figure it out eventually! Basically a number of the amenities are a bit challenging to figure out, like the remotes for the splits, but there are instructions for everything. The lighting in the living room is very dim and it would be great to have more light for reading or knitting. Communication was great--prompt and friendly and helpful! The location is wonderful and the house is perfect for a gathering. Would definitely return!
