Danny is amazing he responds within a couple minutes if you have any questions. Rooms are very nice the pool and hot tub are amazing. Spent my the weekend for my birthday and it’s great!

We had a wonderful stay and can't wait to go back! Danny and his team make it very easy and comfortable from start to finish. The neighborhood is quite and makes for a very relaxing getaway. See you again soon!

This was a perfect location to attend Coachella. The neighborhood is quiet and the people are kind. We brought our bikes and would ride in to the festival every day. The house is clean and comfortable with all the amenities you might need. Danny was an excellent host. Very responsive. I will definitely try to rent this house again if I plan to go to Coachella next year.

Great place to stay in the Coachella Valley

This property is fantastic. It had everything we needed, was extremely clean when we arrived, and the pool, hot tub, and outdoor fire pit made our vacation in Indio a blast.

Excellent Vacation Property!!

The house was perfect for our family of 8! Lots of great space inside and out! Loved the pool and hot tub!! Very responsive owner and property manager made sure we had everything we needed! Will definitely rent this home next time!

Great Golf Stay in Indio!!

The property exceeded all expectations. Host and ammeneties were as advertised and communication with host was fantastic. Proximity to PS airport, beautiful golf courses and restaurants was fantastic. Will be booking again next time we're in Palm Springs. Wo

Stagecoach 2023!!!

We really lucked out with this house! Prime location. The owner Danny was awesome to work with!! He replied almost instantly every time I messaged him. The house has so much room! The coffee bar was the best…it was fully stocked and adorable. Definitely would stay here again!

Perfect weekend getaway!

A group of friends and I wanted a “Guys” getaway. To start, the property has 4 bedrooms which was perfect as it was 4 of us. A well stocked kitchen, large refrigerator, all the utensils you will need. The best part is the pool and Spa! We had a blast! Great quiet neighborhood. Close to Costco and we got everything we needed for our meals and drinks. The best getaway I’ve had in a very long time!

Loved the outside view. On the surface it look great, but don’t look too closely. Found dirty I one bedroom. The spaces in between cushions on the couch are filthy! When I happened to put my fingers in there, I came out with nuts, chips, dirt, and hair. Also, no bed at all in one bedroom. That was a surprise! In the bunk room there were no top sheets in the bunk room. The toilet is loose and clunks when one sits on it and gets up. The girls in the bunk room said the box springs on the bunks made terribly loud squeaks whenever they moved. It was terrible! The fire stick was out of fuel, and there was no creamer by the sugar.Looks like the housekeeper needs to be more thorough. Maybe this person needs to have a checklist.

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our 10 days at this rental. Danny was extremely helpful and quick to answer any questions. The house was stocked with everything we needed! Better equipped than any house we have ever stayed at. Coffee, paper plates, detergent…all the things I usually have to end up purchasing! The house was clean and well furnished. The backyard was beautiful. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The view was beautiful!!! The one little downside was the area. It was a little further out than we like staying. But, I learned the area and figured out a good morning walk.

My family stayed at this home for the Thanksgiving holiday, and Danny was an excellent host from beginning to end.What we loved:•Beautiful pool area, fire pit, and stunning views•Spacious living room with very comfortable couches•Quiet, gated neighborhood•Convenient RV parking•Well-stocked kitchen with plenty of supplies and coffee•Large primary bedroom with a very comfortable king bedWe did have some issues with cleanliness upon arrival. The home would benefit from fresh interior paint, updated carpet, and new dining/kitchen chairs. Danny was extremely responsive when we raised our concerns and quickly sent someone out to re-clean.One additional challenge was the hot tub/pool remote—it was difficult to operate and often shut off unexpectedly, even after replacing the batteries. We did have to message Danny multiple times a day to turn on the heat or jets from his app, but he was responsive each time.Overall, we appreciated Danny’s communication and hospitality, and we enjoyed many aspects of the property.

Hate leaving bad reviews

The first night we had dinner at home. When we went to sit down at the table and chairs, the seats were fifty dirty. It looked as if children had eaten peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and smeared them into the seat cushions. It was hard to even sit on the chairs. I immediately took pics and notified the manager. They claimed the renter before us left the house a mess. The next morning, we went to take a shower and all the towels smelled funky, I mean really funky. We used them and hung they to dry just in case. The bed linens didn't smell fresh either so I went to home goods to buy some pillowcases and a comforter to use. The next morning, we showered again, and this time the smell on the towels was even worst so I decided to just wash all the linens before using them again. Unfortunately, there was no laundry detergent anywhere in the home. We were told the house had back to back renters before us and the same day we checked out. How were they cleaning the linens with no detergent? The day of check out, I waited to see if the cleaning persons brought laundry detergent with them, just to give them the benefit of the doubt, and I saw none. Lastly, we arrived on a Sunday, and the pool did not work until Tuesday evening and we were checking out on Wednesday morning. This house seems to be renting back to back with very little care and upkeep being done in between. The furniture is older which is not a problem if it is being cleaned and maintained. When I spoke with management, I was told it was the fault of the guests before us. Hopefully, the guests after us were not told we were the problem when they checked in the same day we left!

Hi Eileen, I'm so sorry you had such a negative experience at my home. I am aware that you arrived on January 1st, right after a guest that caused some damage to the chairs and our cleaning crew did our best to clean it, but unfortunately we did not have the time to replace those chairs before your arrival. With regards to the towels and linens not being fresh, I wish you would notified me. This is the first I am hearing about that. I would have had my manager take care of this immediately as that is entirely unacceptable and not normal at all. My manager mentioned that she was in communication with you throughout your stay and she was willing to take care of anything you needed during your stay, but this was not brought up to her. My cleaning crew checks the inventory of all supplies after each check-out, so this must have been an oversight, which could have been quickly resolved with a text or call to my local manager. And I do understand that the pool heater was not functioning those dates due to a flipped circuit breaker during the storms, but based on communication from my manager, you were not planning to use the pool. Otherwise, I would have sent someone right away to reset the breaker for you. This was easily solved by the flip of a switch, and had I known it was important to you, it would have been taken care of quickly. There were clearly several things that went wrong here, but I wish you would have communicated with me during your stay (or even provided me with feedback right after), and I would have been happy to quickly resolve the issues and/or issue you a refund. I pride myself on my ability to respond quickly to any issue (big or small) and make sure guests have an amazing experience at my home. So I'm sorry I failed you here, and I will take this as a learning experience for me and my team to improve on. Thanks, Danny
