The Pearl: Luxury Pool on Canal

Located on a peaceful wildlife canal, just blocks from the fun cottage feel of Cocoa Beach town by the Atlantic Ocean! A luxurious experience spa like retreat with a twist of adventure and surprising fun. Designed for pampering with gourmet kitchen, Belgian flax linens and a huge heated pool with hot tub. Enjoy the curated historical displays of the 1715 Spanish fleet of sunken treasure and pirates from our area.

Located on a wilderness canal just a few blocks from the heart of downtown Cocoa Beach, and just a few more blocks to the beautiful beach at the Atlantic Ocean!

You will have private access to the entire house and yard, pool and dock.

Walking, biking and car are all options. We have space to park in the driveway.

Pool is not heated by default. Guests may request that the pool be heated for an extra charge of $25 per night.

Your dogs are welcome for an extra fee of $40 PER NIGHT. Please let us know at time of booking if you are bringing a dog.

We have beds to sleep up to 8 people - includes one king-sized bed, one queen-sized bed, a full size rollaway (sleeps two), two twin beds and two standard rollaways.

There are security cameras in the front and rear of the property (including pool area) for safety purposes. There are no interior cameras, and no camera in the hot tub area.

NOTE: The pontoon boat is usually available for renting. HOWEVER, if you choose not to rent the boat please be aware that we may rent the boat off-site to others. In that case you may see us walking through the backyard to take out the boat. We will make every effort not to disturb you.

Visiting from Austin Texas for a family event. The pearl was exactly what we needed to spend quality time with the family around the pool, and talking in the open spaces the property provided. The treasure coast pictures, paintings, and displays were entertaining for the family. Close to great food and beach. Highly recommend.

To All Future Guest BEWARE!!! We live in Florida on the west coast and were traveling to cocoa beach for my husband’s tournament. We booked this place because it appeared to be beautiful and it was close by our destination. Upon arrival we walked into a filthy house. Floors were disgusting, we had to wear shoes indoors the entire stay. Shower wall had someone else’s hair on it. Mattress pad had dried blood on it, and all the bedding did not appear to be freshly washed in any of the rooms. There was a sign in the master bath nailed to the wall about not washing any of the linens, which I think the housekeepers took literal. Dog hair all over the toaster, it was the dirtiest place I have ever stayed! We went out and bought sheets to sleep on and lysol wipes to clean all the kitchen and bathroom surfaces. During our stay we encounter a camera directly pointed at the pool (extremely invasive), a woman delivering laundry soap we never requested, a man and woman entering the yard to access the boat ( while the blinds were open and my daughter was changing) which the host approved, the visitors walking around the house back and forth going in and out of the garage, a man pulling up in the drive way on a golf cart welcoming us to cocoa beach (on our third day). If you stay here you will not have any privacy and feel like you’re being monitored. We left a day early because of how awful it was. Best part you will be charged a fee for a heated pool, in Florida In AUGUST! Vrbo DO BETTER!

We take cleanliness and guest privacy very seriously, so we were disappointed to read this review. Unfortunately, many of the statements made are false and do not accurately reflect the condition of our home or what occurred during this stay. Our home is professionally cleaned before every arrival by an experienced staff that consistently receives excellent guest feedback. During this stay, we were never notified of the specific allegations now being made regarding blood on bedding, unwashed linens, dog hair, or other serious cleanliness concerns. Had any legitimate issue been reported, we would have immediately sent our staff to inspect and correct it. We cannot address problems that are never reported. Our exterior security cameras are fully disclosed in the listing and are there for safety and security; there are no cameras inside the home. The pool was heated because this guest specifically selected and paid for pool heat when making the reservation. Any service personnel who came to the property were there for legitimate property-related purposes, not to monitor guests. We take pride in our home and our responsiveness and believe it is important to correct serious allegations that were never reported during the stay and that we believe are demonstrably false. We encourage future guests to consider this review in the context of our many other positive reviews.

Found a treasure in Cocoa Beach

It is a well thought out home and newly renovated. The pool and dock on the canal was beautiful and the dolphins playing feet away was spectacular. The owners were very responsive to any messages or concerns. Thank you - we will be back.

Few feet from the water

What a delightful place to stay! The house is spacious and well appointed with great showers and a nice kitchen. A pristine screen covered pool provides a transition from the house to the banks of the Banana River system. As if on cue, within an hour of checking in, a huge manatee gave us a slow and graceful float by. There is plenty of good seating to view the water, wildlife and sunsets. The pirate era artifacts that cover the walls are well presented—an education. Great access to the Kennedy Space Flight Center and close to great viewing ares for rocket launches,. We were lucky enough to witness the launch of the Goes-U mission. Awesome! We highly recommend this location and this house. We will be back again !!!

Fanfreakingtastic

The property is definitely as advertised but the pictures don’t do it justice. It held my wife and I, four more adults and two toddlers and we weren’t cramped at all. We spent a LOT of time in the pool and having the pool heat turned on (mid march) was a great choice. We also spent a lot of time out on the deck by the canal. We saw manatees and dolphins as well as a lot of birds, our oldest daughter was on a kayak and had a manatee beneath her. There are a lot of stores and restaurants that are within walking distance and the beach was also easy to walk to.The house itself was gorgeous and had everything we needed. I can’t recommend this property enough. We had a small roadblock with the escape room but it was very fun to do. This is definitely a place we will come back to, well worth it.
