Dette fantastiske hjem og beliggenhed er praktisk til Research Park (mindre end en mile), Bridge Street Town Center, U. S. Space & Rocket Center, Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville International Airport, UAH, Madison eller Huntsville Hospital, og meget mere.

Awesome Madison Property

We were there with 2 of our employees and our 2 year old daughter. This property is perfect for 5 to 8 people with plenty of room for each to have some privacy. Al was great to work with and we will definitely be staying here again. Great patio and pool area!

Amazing Family Vacation Spot

For the past 10 - 15 years our family has a group vacation - I am talking all my kids, their kids, my brother and sister and their families and my parents - anyone who can, shows up or wishes they had when the pictures come out. We get together the week prior to July 4th or Labor Day in different cities each year. This year we all met in Huntsville, Alabama and I rented a house from Al & Candy Ishee. This was the best house we have rented yet and one that I highly recommend to anyone with a family planning on staying the Hunstville/Madison, Alabama area. Al was my main contact and was very accommodating, thorough on house instructions, and respectful of our family time and needs. The area has a lot of family centered attractions and on the days we wanted to relax, the house with a pool was a life saver. THANKS Al for such a grand vacation.

My family wedding get away

I picked this property because it looked as if it was spacious. I had my family coming in for my wedding and instead of doing a stuffy dinner I wanted them to get to know each other. The house was awesome. It had everything you could want. Fully supplied with everything. It was spotless and had so much room. It also had a dance/party room which was fun for the kids and adults. I would recommend this property to anyone. This is the best homeaway property I have stayed at and probably be the best ever. Thank you property managers for making my family feel at home!

Fantastic Holiday Home

The house was everything and more that the pictures show. The family loved the pool and the house truly has everything you need. We've rented properties before with VRBO but this one was the best. Communication with the owner was great and everything worked as it should. The house and furnishings were in great condition, we were a party of 4 so we had lots of room, there are plenty of plates / utensils for larger groups. House is on a sub-division away from the hustles and bustles of Huntsville, but with lots of things to do a few minutes away. We used it as a base and went travelling around to see lots of attractions. I have no hesitation in recommending this property to anyone and when we get down to the area we will rent again

Great holiday getaway

Very large spacious house with comfortable furnishings. Easily accommodated six adults. Hosted family Christmas dinner for 20. Great kitchen with everything we needed for preparing and hosting dinner. Al and Candy were great responding to all of my concerns before arriving and had things set up for us to easily host all of our wonderful family parties. They made this gathering possible and everyone was impressed not only with the dinners but with the accommodations. The bonus room was terrific place for the kids to play while the adults were talking. Our only regret was that it was too cold to enjoy the pool at Christmas. Can’t wait to come back when it’s warm!

Outstanding Oakhurst

Had a fantastic stay at Al & Candy's! The property was amazing; had everything we could imagine. Al made sure we were all set up and was available if needed. The location was close to all amenities yet situated in a quiet subdivision. We slept 7 comfortably and hosted wedding parties for 25+. Beautiful home and yard!

Perfect home away from home

This house is amazing! It was my team's third time staying at this house, and it keeps getting better every year! The updates to the bathroom and kitchen are gorgeous and made it so easy for our team to stay here. The bathrooms all have two sinks and the new shower in the master bathroom is huge. The kitchen has great new appliances and the new dining table is perfect. We had our entire team and family over for dinner at the house and easily accommodated all of us, not to mention how much fun it was getting to relax by the pool. The house is so close to stores/restaurants and is only 15 minutes away from downtown Huntsville. Al and Candy are so nice to work with and we really can't thank them enough for sharing their beautiful place with us. We can't wait to be back!

Perfect!

We used this house for our team who was in town for a high school fishing tournament. It was just perfect. There was plenty of room and all of the amenities that we would need was right at our finger tips. The pool/backyard area was beautiful and the girls enjoyed relaxing while the boys were out. Al and Candy were awesome to work with and very kind. The neighbors were even great, as they came out and asked how the fishing was going! I would highly recommend this home to any one!

Perfect!!

This was our second time staying at this house, and it was just as amazing as we remembered. Al and Candy are wonderful people, always there to help out and answer questions. The house is so spacious and the amenities could not be better. The pool/fire pit/grill is perfect for relaxing and the garage was an essential workspace for our team. It was perfect!

We used this house the week of our son's wedding and as a place to host the rehearsal dinner. It provided everything we needed. The property is beautifully decorated and maintained. We had a house full of people and there was plenty of room. It rained the night of the rehearsal so we moved it all inside. There was room for tables and chairs for 30 people - folding tables and chairs provided - no need to rent them. Plenty of tablecloths, glasses and flatware - better than the plastic I had planned. We did the rehearsal upstairs in the dance room and then the minister had the office for some private planning with the couple. It was a great time even though the guests didn't get to enjoy the beautiful backyard and pool. Al is great to work with; he answered all my questions and worries promptly. In fact, as soon as I saw the property, I had no more worries! I felt like I was entertaining people in my own home. Thank you Al for providing such a terrific place for us to use. I would definitely recommend this property.

Great for family gatherings

Lovely spacious home away from home. Rented to accommodate family and friends while in Huntsville for son's wedding. All common areas spacious and beautifully decorated. Pool was spectacular. Plenty of entertaining space for additional guests. Neighborhood quiet and accessible to major highways, mall and stores. Would return to home again if staying in Huntsville. Wonderful!

Great for a family gathering.

Stayed at Oakhurst for my son's wedding in Huntsville. Location was excellent with easy access to the research park and downtown. The house had plenty of space inside and out.The back patio and pool area were great for social gatherings. Lighting in the back and in some rooms were a little hard to figure out. All in all, a great place and we look forward to renting here again. Many thanks to Al and Candy for sharing their resort like home!!

Great Place!

Huge thanks to Al and Candy! Our team had to be in Huntsville for a competition and staying in their beautiful home made the trip so much better! Not only was the house very spacious, enough to occupy 11 people easily, but the garage made for an excellent workspace and the pool and fire-pit were so relaxing. The dance room was perfect for having work breaks and thee kitchen was amazing for preparing food, even with a large number of people! We couldn't have had a better stay and we'd love to come back! Thanks again to Al and Candy for being so understanding and helpful and for letting us enjoy your beautiful place!

Wonderful Memories at a Home-away-from-home!

Thank you Al and Candy for sharing your beautiful home. Our son's wedding was in Huntsville, where he married a Huntsville beauty! We had family and friends come in from all over the country. Everyone was so excited to have your home available to us as a place to gather, prepare, relax, enjoy the pool, have meals and sleep well. Oh, and did I mention the awesome pool... We had the rehearsal dinner in the back yard, which was so perfect; very spacious and accommodating to large events. We baked the grooms cake and had wonderful meals in the amazing kitchen. Loved the breakfast/coffee area! My grandsons enjoyed the disco/exercise room where they were safe to play and the rest of us got some exercise. The master bedroom is on the main level, where Great-grandma had a nice place to get away. The rest of us slept well upstairs in the other bedrooms. Anything one might need is available; beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. You were so kind and understanding of last minute changes in plans. You are always available when needed... We would like to visit your home again and so appreciate you making it available to us! Thank you again and God bless!

Great Holiday Gathering Place

We grew up a mile away in Madison, but our family has since scattered all over the U.S.. We loved staying here for a family homecoming to celebrate the holidays. This large, comfortable home was perfect for gathering our entire family -- young and old -- under one roof for Thanksgiving. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and serve a holiday feast. Families with small kids absolutely must visit "Kids' Kingdom", a public playground nearby. We've visited many kids playgrounds in our time but this one is so huge and so thoughtfully designed (and admission is free!) that it truly takes the cake. Also, the home's back yard would be delightful in the summer; it has a nice pool and plenty of lounge chairs, and almost looks like a hotel resort! We hope to come back in the summer some day. We would recommend this beautiful home to anyone with a large family, and we would stay again in a heartbeat.

Very Relaxing

If you are looking for a comfortable and relaxing place to stay close to the Space & Rocket Center, then this is the place for you. Unfortunately July was the rainy season for Huntsville, but our 3 year old grandson found a new function for the disco room; he turned it into his personal play room & had a great time. When the rain stopped 3 days into our vacation he didn't want to leave his play room. We all enjoyed the Space & Rocket Center & meant to go to the Botanical Gardens which is also close, but ran out of time. Chattanooga is close enough for a day trip & the Tennessee River Museum is wonderful. Once the sun came out we were able to enjoy the large backyard and the large crystal clear water pool. The kitchen has everything you need, there are televisions in every room, the beds are comfortable, there are plenty of towels, etc., the wireless worked great, grocery stores are close, good restaurants nearby and Al & Cindy are available by phone if you have a question. The office is setup to allow easy access to printer, etc. There is plenty of room for you to have alone time or gather everyone together for a meal or movie.

Wonderful!!

We spent 7 lovely days at the house the week of my daughter's wedding. The home is beautiful, fully equipped and the neighborhood is wonderful. Al and Candy were helpful, accommodating and only a phone call or text away when we had any questions. The home is close to grocery stores, Target, Kohl's and any shopping needs that one could have. The Huntsville area is lovely! We would highly recommend this listing for anyone needing a rental in the Huntsville area. The pool was used every day by the entire family! Thank you Al and Candy!!

Had a great stay

Location in a beautiful subdvision. Back yard was like your own private park with a pool. Master bedroom spectacular,,,,huge with patio door out to deck. Lovely intamate living room with fireplace looking to the outdoors....Would definitely consider returning to this property....thereis so much to see in the area. Would highly recommend this to anyone who would like to experience the flavor of Alabama

A Great Home Away From Home!

This spacious and well-accommodated property was just what we were looking for! The home had several amenities included that made it easy to move into without costly trips to the supermarket, such as, spices, condiments, and everyday paper items. The backyard was large enough for our 4-hole pitch 'n putt golf course while several games of '21' entertained us on the basketball court. The pool and patio sets gave us plenty of room to enjoy the welcoming Alabama weather. What can we say about the discotech? We're a family that loves to dance - it was awesome! The home was situated in a picturesque and safe area. Strolls around the pond and neighbourhood were quite enjoyable. Shopping was close-by, restaurants were abundant, and the locals were among some of the friendliest we have ever met. The owners were more than accommodating in all aspects. Thanks Candy and Al. Amazing rental house!

My family and I rented this house for a family gathering and poolside reunion the summer of 2011. I can not put into words how perfect this place was! If a property of the same was available in California, you would not find it for a penny under a million dollars. It was absolutely perfect!. The bedrooms were very large and spacious, as well as the kitchen, den and dining areas with every room being appointed, immaculate and elegant. By far the most unique room in the house was the dance/disco room. It was the perfect place to have the couples first dance together and for everybody to cut loose after the wedding. The pool and fenced backyard just put the gathering over the top. If you want a phenomenal experience with lasting memories, this is the place for you! Al and Candy made the whole process easy and asnwered every question would possibly had. Thank you!!! A big thumbs up!
