Guest access
The guests will be able to access the entire house, the front yard, the backyard, the deck, the patio, the basement. The storage room in the basement is off-limits to guests. The access instructions will be provided during the booking process.
Other things to note
➺ CAPACITY: Our home comfortably accommodates 10 adults, or 8 adults and 3 children. Please be sure to enter the correct number of guests when booking.

➺ DAMAGE PROTECTION PLAN - We strongly recommend all guests purchase a damage protection plan prior to their arrival. This is in lieu of charging a large damage deposit held by Airbnb.

➺ DISCOUNTS - Rates reflect market conditions . No additional discounts will be applied.
