The kitchen was recently refreshed and it is beautiful. Excellent beverage center with refrigerator. The property is spacious and welcoming. With an excellent mattress in the master bedroom. And comes with 2 bicycles making the commute to beach even faster then a 10 minute walk.

This property has wonderful proximity to the beach! It's exactly a 10 minute walk or an easy bike ride. The space was clean and just how we expected it from the pictures. We traveled with elementary-aged kids and our dogs, and the space worked great for both. We LOVE Sea Pines and were grateful for Spencer, who was an engaged and helpful host. Thanks for an awesome Hilton Head Island experience!

We’ve stayed here twice and hope to return next year. The location can’t be beat. The villa is spacious and clean. We love that it is ground level with a backyard so our kids can go play in the yard. It also make loading up bikes for our daily beach trips super convenient. We love the fenced in area to store bikes and gear. In Sea Pines, the value for space and location is top tier. The host was highly communicative and responsive throughout our stay. 10/10!

Had a great time last week here. Great location. Bruce responds quickly if you need anything. Really the only thing missing is access to a pool but we didn’t miss that too much. Will likely stay here again on our next trip.

Relaxing Getaway-Great Location

This was a great rental property, very clean and spacious! We vacationed with three adults and a small dog and it was perfect for our stay. It's just down the street from the Beach Club where we went to eat dinner overlooking the ocean. We also rode our bikes (rented from Island Life Bike Rentals) to watch the sun rise, and some evenings, the moon rise. The owners were great to work with and we hope to stay here again soon!

Excellent rental experience. Bruce was excellent to communicate with. The property was clean, comfortable and located in awesome location. It was 10 minute walk or 5 min bike ride to Sea Pines Beach Club (you can drop off gear there by car), 2 minute walk to the Golf Complex and easy bike ride to Harbour Town. Highly recommend.

Spacious, Bright condo minutes from the beach

We were thrilled with this condo. It was spacious, bright, and clean. Location can’t be beat. We loved that it was a ground floor unit. It was very quiet- couldn’t hear any neighbors. No complaints. We hope we can stay here again.

Owning in the beautiful Sea Pines resort was always a dream, and this villa convinced us to make it happen. The location is superb, the interior is spacious and comfortable, the area is quiet, it's close to beach/golf/food/shops/HarbourTown, and a car is hardly necessary.

Brand new kitchen and flooring throughout the unit makes it feel like new construction!
