Great place to stay. Near a trolly pickup spot so you can easily get to the quieter areas of the beach. We loved being close to Harbor Town, having bikes, being near the forest preserve, playing tennis, and being in the pool! The condo was very clean and updated. Had everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable! My only comment was that three of the four tennis courts had weeds/grass growing on them. One court was playable but felt the others could be better maintained.

Thank you for the great review. We’re glad you enjoyed the location — trolley access, Harbor Town, bikes, forest preserve, pool and tennis — and that the condo was clean, updated, and the bed comfortable. I appreciate the note about weeds on the tennis courts; I’ll share this with the association so it can be addressed. We appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back to Hilton Head.

The unit was very light & airy & had a very nicely done whitewash & blue beach decor without being too kitschy. Kitchen was very well equipped plus had washer & dryer. Bed was comfortable, bathroom spacious with two sinks & very large shower with two shower heads (note there is no tub which was fine with us). Bed linens & towel supply very good. Large walk-in closet with drawers & tons of hangers. Great location near Harbourtown - easy walk or biking distance. Tennis courts were right there. Should note for anyone with mobility challenges or heavy suitcases that the unit is 3 floors up via stairs. But lovely balcony in the trees is the reward. Just be careful to always take your phone out with you & try not to lock yourself out as the door lock can slip. But Island Rentals sent someone to rescue us very quickly! All in all a very nice place to stay. We would love to come back!

Thank you for such a thoughtful and detailed review! We're delighted you enjoyed the bright, coastal feel of the villa and found it comfortable and well equipped for your stay. It sounds like the spacious bathroom, well-stocked kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and beautiful balcony among the trees all helped make it feel like a wonderful home away from home. We're also glad you took advantage of the fantastic location near Harbour Town, with easy access to the tennis courts and plenty to explore by foot or bicycle. Thank you as well for mentioning the stair access, as that's helpful information for future guests. We're especially happy our team was able to respond quickly when you needed assistance with the door lock! Thank you for choosing Island Rentals of Hilton Head. We'd love to welcome you back for another wonderful Sea Pines getaway!

Great location

We loved this villa, it had everything you require. We loved the patio overlooking the golf course. I think they can do without the separate trip to the rental company to pick up a voucher for sea pines entrance, that easily could have been emailed to me. Comfortable bed and furniture and the kitchen had everything we required.

Love HHI, decided to work from there and bring our dog

We realized that we had stayed at this property about 8 years ago after we arrived. Location is great. Definitely noticed the aging of the home but it worked out well. Only issue was many of the electrical outlets were not working but we muddled through. Overall good experience.

Great Place!

We absolutely loved this villa. The furniture and appliances were all first rate. The kitchen was equipped with very, very nice cookware and utensils. The countertop appliances were first rate......including a nice Kerig Pod/Brewer. We rented through Island Rentals and found them to be very well organized and extremely responsive. Looking for a very nice villa conveniently located near Harbor Town and the Sea Pines Center? Here's a strong recommendation for this one!

It is a pet friendly condo but you would never know, everything well maintained and comfortable. Last minute trip including Hurricane Helene on Thursday!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Seapines and I’ve come here for many years & usually stay closer to the beach. This was a last-minute trip so decided to stay in this very nice racquet club villa. It’s is on a beautiful golf lot, very quiet. Loved having 2 bikes and beach chairs. We survived hurricane Helene winds one night too! Condo was very clean, light and bright, vaulted ceiling. Comfortable bed, wonderful shower! It is on the third floor with three levels of stairs so that may be an issue for some, FYI. The one recommendation would be to have an ottoman for the chair, or a recliner, since one person can take up the whole couch, L O L.
