Wonderful place to stay! Very clean, spacious, and near so many things. We love that it is so close to the beach and the beach was not packed and it felt like we had it to ourselves. This is our second time staying at this house and the second time was just as good as the first. The owners are so nice and answer our questions or concerns in a timely matter. If you are ever staying at Cocoa Beach, this house is the place to stay.

Super clean, neat and organized. Only thing I wish was different is some better outdoor seating and games. Also there was no grill as listed.

Thank you so much for your five star review and your feedback—we’re so glad you found the home clean, neat, and organized. We appreciate you mentioning the outdoor space as well. During your stay, we had temporarily removed the patio furniture and grill while new pavers were being sealed. That work has since been completed, and we now have a grill and additional seating available for guests. We’d love the opportunity to host you again so you can enjoy the updated outdoor area. It was very nice talking with you. Hope to see you back in Cocoa Beach in the future.

This was a great house for our family while we were in town for a USSSA tournament. We wanted to be close to the beach, yet have a clean route to the Space Coast Complex for games- it was perfect! We will definitely book this house again next summer if our son plays one of the tournaments.
