Unit 402 at The Highlands of the Smokies is a brand-new luxury Smoky Mountain Vacation Condo Rental that is sure to be a hit with your friends and family. With top-of-the-line amenities and gorgeous views of Mount Le Conte & downtown Gatlinburg, you won’t want to leave! This gorgeous condo offers accommodations for up to 6 guests and is centrally located, just minutes from downtown Gatlinburg.

From the moment you enter this two-bedroom, two-bathroom luxury condo, you’ll be awestruck by the spectacular views of the Smokies coming in through the wall of windows. This condo features an open floor plan with comfortable sofas, a gas fireplace, floor-to-ceiling windows, with seating for 6 seats at the bar, a spacious kitchen, a private balcony (perfect for morning coffee or an evening wine down), and 9-10-foot-high ceilings.

Preparing a meal in this unit is as easy as 1-2-3. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and more. Featuring a large granite countertop, modern lighting, stainless steel appliances, and ample counter space, it’s perfect for creating a culinary experience for you and your family/friends to enjoy.

This single-level vacation rental boasts two king bedrooms each with its own en suite bathroom. Each bathroom features a custom tile shower, and double vanities and the master includes a soaking tub.

We would recommend the owner add a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board, and some type of shade over the lomg windows in the LR as the sun heats this space up even higher n the winter. There is as a terrible glare on the TV from the long windows too so a ahade would really help. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

We do want to clarify that we did spread salt in the parking lot, but with the below-freezing temperatures and snow/ice, there was unfortunately not much more that could be done to fully clear the area. Perfect Vacation Stay

The condo is gorgeous and the view is perfection. We even got to see a bear in the parking lot the first night! The kitchen is so nice and had everything we needed. The washer and dryer is a definite plus because I didn’t bring home any dirty laundry! The layout makes the balcony private so when the condos filled up we still had a peaceful stay. Can’t say enough great things about this place! We will definitely return in the future!

Despite being there in the fall with highs in the low 70s the A/C had significant trouble keeping up. Understandable in the morning with the direct sunlight, but it was obvious that either the A/C wasn't rated for the apartment size or was malfunctioning.

I will say that this place is really nice and you would not want to stay here with younger kids from fear of them potentially destroying things. But our kids did well keeping everything intact. This place is has a modern interior, modern appliances, and the most beautiful views from all angles. My husband and I stayed here more than 10 years ago, it was really nice then, but this time it was different with all of its luxurious updates! We most definitely will return and have already shared with all of our friends, family and social media outlets.

Add some hooks in the bathrooms for towels. For this level of expense, should have bathroom shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, kleenex, etc., and coffee in the kitchen, extra trash bags. Otherwise, let people know what is or is not available. Instructions for fan use. We noted no response from the emergency service number for future reference.Very clean and has fantastic views, and everything works well. We enjoyed the rental.

We appreciate your feedback regarding the TV usability, channel selection, and suggestions for additional amenities like hooks in the bathrooms. We want to clarify that we provide a detailed list of starter supplies included in your unit, which is shared in multiple emails and in our listing. This includes shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, body wash, soap, dish liquid, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, two trash liners per trash can, and dish towels. Once these items are used, it's up to guests to supply any additional needs. We also have a hair dryer in the primary bathroom and extra ones available in our office, which is open seven days a week. We apologize for any issues with the emergency service number and will address that. Regarding the after-hours call you made, we were able to assist the guest who needed their entry code by communicating with him directly. It turned out he hadn’t checked his email or arrival text, which contained the information. Thank you for staying with us, and we hope to welcome you back for an even better experience in the future!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice rental. TV is very difficult to use and channel selection difficult with the service provider. Add some hooks in the bathrooms for towels. For this level of expense, should have bathroom shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, kleenex, etc., and coffee in the kitchen, extra trash bags. Otherwise, let people know what is or is not available. Instructions for fan use. We noted no response from the emergency service number for future reference.Very clean and has fantastic views, and everything works well. We enjoyed the rental.

We appreciate your feedback regarding the TV usability, channel selection, and suggestions for additional amenities like hooks in the bathrooms. We want to clarify that we provide a detailed list of starter supplies included in your unit, which is shared in multiple emails and in our listing. This includes shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, body wash, soap, dish liquid, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, two trash liners per trash can, and dish towels. Once these items are used, it's up to guests to supply any additional needs. We also have a hair dryer in the primary bathroom and extra ones available in our office, which is open seven days a week. We apologize for any issues with the emergency service number and will address that. Regarding the after-hours call you made, we were able to assist the guest who needed their entry code by communicating with him directly. It turned out he hadn’t checked his email or arrival text, which contained the information. Thank you for staying with us, and we hope to welcome you back for an even better experience in the future!

Exquisite decor Overly Spacious with Breathtaking Mt Views

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This 2 BR condo exceeded our expectations in many ways yet very budget friendly. From gorgeous bedrooms and thought-of-everything bathroom design we enjoyed our 5 day stay at this luxurious complex. The staff were more than accommodating and very helpful and kind. Special attention was paid to the freezing snow and the hallways were salted immediately. We particularly enjoyed the floor to ceiling windows in the living area and bedroom taking in the views of Gatlinburg, day and night, and relaxing in the Beauty that proved to be a majestic peaceful atmosphere. The fireplace put out some heated ambiance to this beautiful place. We appreciated the gym and equipment provided, as well as the large windows overlooking the mountains while you exercise. We can't wait to come back to experience the pool, hot tub and warmer seasonal activities!! Overall outstanding experience!!
