This gorgeous condo offers accommodations for up to 6 guests and is centrally located, just minutes from downtown Gatlinburg.

From the moment you enter this two-bedroom, two-bathroom luxury condo, you’ll be awestruck by the spectacular views of the Smokies coming in through the wall of windows. This condo features an open floor plan with comfortable sofas, a gas fireplace, floor-to-ceiling windows, with seating for 6 seats at the bar, a spacious kitchen, a private balcony (perfect for morning coffee or an evening wine down), and 9-10-foot-high ceilings.

Preparing a meal in this unit is as easy as 1-2-3. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and more. The apartment was just like the pictures. It was a beautiful space that we felt very comfortable in. The kitchen was well stocked which allowed us to have most of our meals in. The beds were comfortable. We wish check out would have been at 11:00 .10:00 was kind of early. That is the only thing we would have changed we will absolutely be back.

10/10! Views, location to downtown activities, unit, property all were perfect. The decor was beautiful also. The pull out couch in the living room worked perfectly for kids. Hot tub and pool were great. Would stay again without a doubt. We had the coolest experience seeing bears right on the property, too. Suggestion - Add hooks for towels in the bathroom and kid friendly cups, utensils, etc.

Very nice condo with an amazing view. The pool was great along with the fire pit area. We really enjoyed our relaxing get away weekend in the Smokeys! Even saw a couple of bears.

The location was a perfect getaway with mountain views away from the busy Gatlinburg area- accessible to the Smoky Mountain National Park and Gatlinburg via car. The space was as advertised and very comfortable with all the amenities you need - fully stocked with all your kitchen needs. We stayed in a two bedroom and my son used a blow up mattress over the pull out couch in the main area. There are no blinds in the main area so it did get warmer in the morning but the fans helped keep cool. If driving it does get really busy in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge - so pack your patience and don’t forget your parking pass if visiting the National Park. We would absolutely stay here again!!!

Everything was clean and as pictured. Great view and nice little balcony area. My husband noted it’s one of the few places we have stayed that is actually built well. Nice sized bathrooms with space for your stuff and I didn’t wear flip flops in the shower which I do more often than not when staying in rentals. We stayed in April and got lucky enough to have a few warm days so my son tried out the pool, which was nice. The only negative is we didn’t use the washer/dryer after one load. The vent is either not the correct size or wasn’t properly installed and it destroyed a shirt because it was caught on the edge and twisted/shredded. Easy fix and I didn’t want to do laundry anyway. Would stay again.

Beautiful condo

The condo was exactly as it was listed. It was spacious, very clean, and nicely decorated. Great location and close to downtown Gatlinburg. Would definitely stay here again. An absolutely lovely rental all around.

Get Away

The property is located overlooking Gatlinburg, and the view is amazing! The condo was beautifully decorated we had everything we needed plus more. The pool area and hot tub were clean with an amazing view.

We loved our stay! The condo was gorgeous and spacious. Very clean and every detail was lovely! The Mountain Views and floor to ceiling windows were incredible. The checkin process was seamless. We absolutely can’t wait to return!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The view of the mountains was amazing, and the location was great with easy access to the park, Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge/Sevierville. The condo was well decorated. The living room furniture was not especially comfortable. The back bedroom was somewhat noisy with people talking on the landing and in the parking lot. The bedroom/bathroom with the balcony and view of the mountains was quite nice. The beds were harder than we liked, but that is a personal preference. The pool and hot tub were nice but there were several large groups there the weekend we stayed so they were overcrowded and loud with lots of kids. The one issue we faced was when we returned a little before 9:00 p.m. on Friday night, there were no parking spaces even though we were supposed to get two. I called the after-hours number who said they would contact someone, but we never heard back. We (and another guest) just made a spot, but I was concerned I would be towed. The next day I called the main number and was told there's nothing they can do if there aren't spots. When you return from a long day of sightseeing, you should not have to worry about having somewhere to park. Again, overall we were pretty happy with the place. The highlight of stay was seeing a bear directly behind the property!

Thanks for being honest about your stay and for taking the time to spell everything out. We’re glad the good outweighed the bad and that you enjoyed the condo, the location, and those mountain views. We’re particularly sorry about the parking mess. Coming back around 9:00 after being out all day and finding nowhere to park is frustrating, and having called for help only to not hear anything back made it worse. We completely understand your concern about leaving your car in a spot that wasn’t designated. We’ll also take your comments about the furniture, beds, and noise seriously. Some of those things can be a matter of personal preference, but the feedback is still helpful and gives us a better idea of what future guests may experience. And then there’s the bear… sounds like the Smokies decided to make sure you had a story to take home! We appreciate you staying with us and hope you’ll give us another shot down the road.
