We loved our stay! The views were spectacular! We didn’t know that you could even find such views in the Smoky Mountains unless you were hiking. Highly recommend the Highlands to everyone. Just simply loved all that Highlands had to offer our family. We will be back.

Great place to stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would highly recommend Highland of the Smokies. The view was outstanding. The condo was beautiful, clean and the beds were comfortable. If I could recommend one change it would be to have a grab bar beside the commode. That was not a deal breaker but it would have been nice for someone that had had knee surgery.

Relaxing Stay in Style

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was immaculate and perfect for our family. First I have to say, "What a view!" The pictures do not do this place justice. The pool was open along with the hot tub, which we used daily. There was a gas grill for cooking up your favorite foods and a well stocked kitchen to cook up any dish your heart desires. I used instacart to order groceries, so I didn't have to spend my time shopping. So convenient and would highly recommend. The property felt like luxury, which is what you really want when on vacation. Would highly recommend for this families and for couples wanting time away. Great place!

We’re so glad that the property gave you that luxurious feel, allowing you to relax and enjoy your vacation to the fullest. We truly appreciate your recommendation and hope to welcome you back for another fantastic stay!

Highland Adventure

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was very clean and well appointed eith furnishings. Looked brand new! The bedding was awesome and very comfortable. However there was no "homey" feeling almost sterile. The lack of amenities for the price of our stay was very apparent. Nothing in the kitchen to help for even your first night. No coffee, filter, just no extras are all. And there are NO stores ot food on the mountain. So condo is beautiful but needs a little "home" added....
Svar fra VrboOwner den 6. nov. 2025
Thank you for your thoughtful feedback. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the cleanliness, comfortable bedding, and furnishings. It’s great to know the condo met your expectations in those areas. We also appreciate your honest comments about the overall feel and kitchen amenities. While we strive to provide a clean and well-equipped space, we understand how important those extra touches can be to make it feel more like home, especially in a more remote location. Your input is truly valuable, and we’ll take it into consideration as we continue to improve the guest experience. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future!
