This neighborhood is in close proximity to the city. You can literally take a 10 minutes' walk to "Roseau", the capital of Dominica.
Being this close to town, you get to escape the noise of the city but still enjoy all that it has to offer.
The neighborhood is also safe and the people are very friendly. The local buses and taxis pass right infront the property for your added convenience.

The sunsets are a must see and when there is a Cruise ship in port, you have a fantastic view of the ship. At night, seeing the lights of the ship and or the moon reflecting on the sea is just so awesome.
