Enjoyed the house and pool was very nice. Quiet neighborhood very close to the village. We had to drive to the beach as it was too far to walk for us but it wasn’t a problem for us.

Beach vacation

We have stayed at several houses in Siesta village, over the last few years and this by far as our favorite. Mark was wonderful and we are already booked for next year!

Wonderful stay!

The backyard is absolutely gorgeous! Pool is amazing! There was corn hole, putt putt, and a great gazebo for us to enjoy as well! The house was very well stocked with everything you needed! The location is very close to the village for restaurants and shops. Mark is very friendly and quick to respond and help with any questions. We love this house and hope to get to stay again soon!

A Relaxing Retreat!

We were incredibly happy with with our stay at this property. We arrived just as a hurricane was making its way to the island and Mark was fantastic about keeping in touch with us. The outdoor pool area was amazing and we spent many hours out there. The house was incredibly convenient to everything and it was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

Love this place!

This house was amazing! It was just as described. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. It felt newly renovated. The pool was awesome! Would LOVE to stay here again!

Girls trip with great aunt

Location was fabulous! Tons of towels, pool toys and kitchen tools. All the amenities you could need.

Lovely holiday home that’s only a few minutes walk to Siesta Key Village.

Property is really conveniently located. 3 min walk to Siesta Key Village. 10 min walk to the beach. 20 min drive to Sarasota. Pool and outside space is excellent. One of the bedrooms is quite warm even with the air con on and the double bed has definitely seen better days. Apart from that would definitely recommend this place!

Good location and nice house, but drawbacks

I’ll start with the good. Plenty of towels, clean and nice house, kitchen stocked, furnished nicely, “mud rooms” at the front and side, outdoor space was very nice, safe area. Multiple beach areas were 10 min walk, grocery store and restaurants were very close. Our BIG issue was the fact that the host had two cameras catching the pool area. This was creepy and made us feel uncomfortable. We have been to 20+ rentals and only a couple of places had cameras at the entrance to prevent unregistered guests. There were cameras covering the side and front door that we had NO problem with for that reason, but there is a big difference between this vs. watching them using the pool. Our family ended up using that area far less due to this. After check-in we sent the host a message and told them everything was great, but we were uncomfortable with the cameras. The host responded to that with hostility and made it very clear with the first couple of responses that we were in fact already being watched. VBRO states that cameras were to be disclosed and the host said they were, however in re-reading the VBRO website and checking our initial emailed agreement there was NO mention of this. We called VBRO and the rep was very understanding and agreed this was weird, but said she didn’t know if she could do anything as they were outside and we had already checked in. If you are ok with the pool cameras you will have a great time, however, these cameras must be disclosed in the listing.

Everything we hoped for!

We’ve come to Siesta Key for many years, routinely staying at one of the older condo beach resorts with a shared pool and amenities. When the price of that stay skyrocketed and our family grew, we looked for another option that would give us the space we needed for 3 small boys and still allow us to enjoy what Siesta Key had to offer. We found this house and it was such a huge upgrade. The owner was very easy to communicate with. The house itself was clean and well-furnished and had enough room to spread out. The backyard had space for our family to play and a beautiful pool perfect for us. The location was great too; we could head to the beach or hit up the grocery store or a restaurant downtown without needing to drive. Overall, VERY happy with our stay and would highly recommend!

Phenomenal private piece of heaven in Siesta Key

This place was an absolute wonderful property offering truly pleasurable temporary home with a plethora of offerings on the property for my family and I. Along with close walking vicinity to shops, dining, beach and more. Mark was the hostess with mistress and aides is with all of our needs. Don’t miss out on this opportunity!

Wonderful stay!

Perfect size for a family of 5. Clean, great pool in the back. Sand toys available along with beach chairs and wagon. Highly recommend!

Perfect!

Amazing house! Location, Location, Location!!!! This house is perfect. Short walk into town or to the beach. House has everything you need. The pool was amazing and warm. Mark was prompt and responsive. Recommend, 10 out of 10!

this was a beautiful villa hidden in Siesta Key Village, minutes away from all the shops and restaurants and a 5 minute walk from some of the finest beaches in the world, we will be coming back

Paradise!

We loved everything about our stay! The kitchen has everything you need..including ziplock bags. The pool area is incredible, we even skipped the beach 🏖️ a few days for the pool. Easy to walk into town and get to the beach. Highly recommend!

Perfect Siesta Key Vacation home

Great house, pool and location. Short walk to restaurants/bars and beach. Home had everything we needed! Fenced in backyard was private w a grill and pool was heated. Siesta Key Village is a little slice of paradise. You have the village with a variety of restaurants bars, shops, rentals, live entertainment, groceries all located one block away. Perfect tranquility back at the cottage for relaxing and when you want some excitement you walk to the village. The best Beach in the USA is 3 blocks away. You don't have the hassle of driving a car and finding a place to park! You can rent scooters, golf carts, bicycles for cruising around the island. Everybody is happy and enjoying life! Pet friendly and safe neighborhood.

Quaint little updated cottage tucked away from the noise of the village yet close enough to walk to in a couple minutes. Totally updated with all the amenities that one could ask for including heated private pool, fenced backyard, patio, gazebo, bbq, outdoor dining table with umbrella, outdoor shower, lounge chairs, beach wagon and chairs, fire pit. Perfect large backyard oasis for relaxing. and enjoying the sunshine.
