The house was clean and well equipped. The location was great with the beach, shopping, restaurants, and bars just a quick walk away. The host was very responsive. Our group had a great time!

The house was very clean and in a great location, with close proximity to the village and only about a 13-minute walk to the beach. We really enjoyed the pool and spent lots of time fishing off the pier. Kathy was a wonderful host and made our stay even more enjoyable! We had a great time and would definitely recommend this property.

Kathy and Ken were attentive to our needs and the home is the perfect place to park your car for the week and enjoy the surroundings.
After an evening stroll, welcomed back by beautiful landscaping.

Wonderful location! Beautiful home! Great hosts! This property was great, beautiful spot, plenty of room, warm pool, wonderful screened in lanai. Great times had by all! Highly recommend this property.

10/10 House is great. The location is great. The host was great. Honestly once you arrive there’s no reason to get back into your car. Almost everything is within walking distance.

Thank you for your review. You’re right to say you don’t really need a car because while La Casa Verde is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, it is less than a 15 minute walk to the beach and the Village where there are restaurants, a grocery store, shopping and a free trolley that circles the island every 20 minutes.

Amazing place. Lots of space and fantastic pool. Family loved fishing off of the back dock. Village and beach are a short walk. Kathy is quick to respond to any questions. We're hoping to stay there again next year!

Overall, our stay was excellent. The house was very clean and exactly as described. The location is great and the property has all the amenities we needed. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. We would definitely recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again.

We had a great time at La Casa Verde. The house had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed canal access to fish (we saw a dolphin come through a couple times), the closed in lanai ,and the pool! Kathy was very responsive and check in and out was a breeze! We did ride the bikes but they are a bit rusty (one is very rusty and couldn’t be ridden). Excellent location to the village & nightlife but very peaceful! Would def recommend for a relaxing vacation!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was exceptionally clean, and the large bedrooms and spacious layout gave everyone plenty of room to spread out and relax. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, and the bathrooms were spotless and very spacious. We used the pool every single day, and it was a huge hit with the kids! The location was another highlight. It was within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and anything else you might need, including a more private beach access that made our beach days even better. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area!

The house and pool are amazing. The location is so close to the main strip. The beach is within walking distance. The garage was full of beach items: wagon, beach chairs, beach toys, and almost anything else you needed for the beach. We had a few questions and the owners got back to us almost immediately. We would definitely recommend this house and we will definitely come back on another vacation here! Loved this place!

Do not hesitate to book this rental! It is the ultimate gem: a comfortable, clean, beautiful vacation stay within walking distance to everything- without the hassle of finding parking in town. You’re on vacation from the get go! The backyard pool on the corner of the canals is gorgeous and the covered outside lanai living room quiet, the bathrooms are spacious and clean. The bedrooms and loft area have ample closets and dressers. It is just our favorite rental and no one wanted to leave. Communication with the host was responsive and friendly. Thank you for such a wonderful stay- we will be back :)

This place truly feels like a slice of heaven! We’ve stayed beachfront in Siesta Key before, but this spot easily tops our past experiences. Just a short one-block walk from the Village, you can seamlessly trade the lively music and energy for the calming sounds of birds singing and fish jumping—it’s the perfect balance.There’s so much space to both spread out and come together, and we made the most of every inch—relaxing poolside, unwinding on the screened porch, and gathering around the table for meals. We were pleasantly surprised to discover even more space than what was shown in the photos. Every night, we slept incredibly well and woke up refreshed for another beach day.This place is an absolute gem—book it with confidence!

Traveled with 3 adults and 4 teenagers. We had plenty of room. The property is exactly as described. It is close to all of the fun of Siesta Key and far enough away to be quiet and safe. The kitchen and bathrooms are clean and modern. The pool and backyard are fun and it is interesting to watch the boats drive by. I highly recommend the property.

The property is in a great location. Easy walk to the beach and anywhere in the village. We enjoyed the pool and access to paddleboard in the canal. They’ve done a great job remodeling and decorating on the inside.
