Mountain Road Reminder
As with many Smoky Mountain cabins, roads leading to the property may include curves, hills, and steep sections. We recommend driving carefully, especially during rainy or winter weather conditions. Arriving during daylight hours may also make navigation easier for first-time visitors.

Age Requirement
The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 21 years old and present during the stay.

Quiet Hours
Please respect neighboring properties and keep outdoor noise levels low after 10 PM.

Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted inside the cabin. Outdoor smoking is allowed only with proper disposal of cigarette waste. Additional cleaning charges may apply for violations.

Dog Policy
Dogs are welcome with prior approval.
• Maximum of 2 dogs
• Up to 65 lbs each
• Pet fee: $75 per pet per stay

Mountain Environment Notice
The cabin is located in a wooded mountain region where insects, wildlife, and changing weather conditions are natural parts of the environment. Regular pest prevention service is performed.
