~2,000 sq ft and sleeps up to 12 people! Plenty of space to kick back and relax in privacy. 6 HDTVs with live TV channels, arcade machine, 15-ft ceilings, outdoor swings, and firepit garden. New hot tub on back porch overlooking a beautiful tree line and spacious, family-friendly yard.

The space:
Minimum age to rent cabin: 25 years of age

This beautiful cabin is owned and managed by us – there is no middle man. When you reach out, you will be talking directly with us!

The dining area seats eight. Appliances, pots and pans, tableware and serveware, dual coffee maker, toaster, blender, and crockpot complete the open-space kitchen.

There is also an outdoor park-style charcoal grill available for your use!

✩ 2nd Floor has Four Bedrooms:
- #1 with King Bed
- #2 & #3 with Queen Bed
- #4 with Twin Bunk Bed

Additional details:
✩ CLEANING: We take cleaning and sanitizing very seriously. Our cleaners have been vetted to ensure that enhanced cleaning protocols are being performed.

✩ PARKING: Six vehicles can fit in the private driveway.

✩ ACCESS: The front door has an electronic lock. You will be provided the door code at least 48 hours before arrival.

✩ GETTING HERE: The road is paved all the way from the main road to our driveway. There are no steep roads.

✩ BABY GEAR: We have a pack n' play, high chair, and baby gate available for use. There is no crib - just one pack n' play.

✩ CHECK IN/OUT: We do not offer late check out or early check in. Late check outs without permission accrue a $50 charge every 30min.

✩ We have a strict cancellation policy; we do not offer refunds for weather, natural disasters, and power outages.

✩ Shampoo / conditioner, condiments, firewood, charcoal for grill, and coffee are not provided.

The indoor fireplace is available for use from October 1 - April 1.

Other things to note:
This is a non-smoking cabin. If you smoke inside the cabin you will be charged $500, plus the increase in cleaning fee and any damages.

Pet fee: Only dogs are allowed at this cabin by pre-approval only. We charge a $100 fee (includes tax) per dog. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture and must be house-trained. When left at the property alone, dogs must be confined (i.e. in a crate) when left at the property alone. The pet fees are due separately within 48 hours of booking.
