Property was perfect for our family get together. Lot’s of space and a beautiful view of the Great Smoky Mountains. Host was responsive and very simple check in and check out.

This is the first rental we’ve had where the house is better than the online pictures. This space was really comfortable, and everything was lovely and well thought out. The space was so nice we joked about about not going into town at all. Relaxing at the house was preferable to doing the touristy activities. We all had a lovely time.

We had a wonderful family visit to Tennessee and truly enjoyed our stay at this home. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable trip. The views were absolutely spectacular and made our stay even more special.The kids especially loved the game room and hot tub, they were definitely big hits! There was plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy time together. We would absolutely stay here again!

Clean, enough space and everything was functioning appropriately. Could use some repair of games downstairs and some general cooking supplies, but overall awesome.

We had a marvelous time! Accomodations were great, enough room for everyone the two washer and dryers came in very handy and the view was amazing. They also enjoyed the hot tub. Recreation was in close proximity.Justin and staff were amazing!

Great mountain getaway

We loved the cabin! It was spacious, comfortable, and nicely decorated. And it was super clean. The game room was perfect for the kids (and adults) to hang out. The kitchen was huge & well stocked. All the bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable in their own space. It was a great location to get to Knoxville or to Dollywood. The cabin was perfect & we hope to be back!

Love the property and hope to return!

We LOVED our stay at this property once we were checked in and learned how to operate the thermostat. The wide open spaces coupled with little nooks to get away alone to read or nap along with all the amenities were perfect for our stay. The view is beautiful. I highly recommend the property and our group hopes to return. One suggestion to the owner is to have a notebook handy with wifi, thermostat, tv, check in and check out info handy would be a great addition and help to your guests.

Property setting is great. Home is comfortable and as advertised. We had a power surge that caused issues with the high tech thermostat which needed a log in pin to reset and we had smoke alarms triggered unpredictably a couple of times for a short time but the fault of the property manager who was very responsive when needed.

Enjoyable getaway

Beautiful property. Plenty of room to spread out. Open the patio doors to hear the mockingbirds in the mornings and evening. The view of the mountain was noteable. We are excited to come back with our kids and/or friends. We saw birds, deer, turkeys and the evening fireflies gave off a great ambiance. You can see the fireworks from Dollywood as well in the distance about 9:40pm. Host was quick to answer any questions via text messages.

This rental is an excellent place for a large family. There was 9 of us and if you needed private time to yourself it wasn't hard to find an area to go. The view is beautiful and represented perfectly in the pictures. The only complaint was we did have to buy some multi purpose cleaner because all the counters were sticky (We weren't sure if it was from the cleaner they use so we wiped it down ourselves for peace of mind) The teenagers we had with us really enjoyed the game room and the ability to pretty much have their own vacation home away from the adults as the basement where the game room is, is pretty much is a whole house in itself. The host responded when asked questions in an appropriate amount of time and even sent us a weather update for a storm that was coming in. This property will definitely remain on our list for multi-family vacations.

Spacious Home with Fantastic Views

Nicely located home in a quiet neighborhood, with an awesome view from the back deck. We were able to see all the local July 4th fireworks from the deck. The home is tastefully furnished and decorated with plenty of space for our extended family. The kids enjoyed the game room, while the adults enjoyed the views and chatting on the large deck. The large kitchen made prepping meals fast and easy. Overall, a great place to stay that is close to most of the area attractions, but in a a nice quiet neighborhood !! Hosts are very attentive and available. We would absolutely stay there again for a future adventure to the Sevierville/Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area.

We rented this beautiful home for my daughter’s wedding, and it was the perfect choice for our large family. From the moment we arrived—greeted by a yard full of deer—we knew we had picked something special. The check-in process was quick and seamless, and the property itself is absolutely stunning. The exterior is gorgeous, and the inside is immaculate, stylish, and incredibly inviting.This home truly had everything we could possibly need for our stay—honestly, everything. Our family of nine fit very comfortably, with plenty of space for everyone to have their own privacy without feeling crowded. We especially enjoyed the game room, fire pit and hot tub, which added a lot of fun and relaxation to our time there.We had zero issues during our stay, and Justin was a fantastic host who made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The location was perfect, with what I believe are some of the best views in Kodak. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, making it easy to fully enjoy the beauty of the mountains.I would absolutely recommend booking this home—you won’t be disappointed. We will definitely be back

Exceeded our expectations!

We took our adult children and grands to Pigeon Forge and had a wonderful time! Kodak Moments was the perfect place with a beautiful view! It had great family space as well as spaces for everyone to have some quiet time. The house had all the comforts of home away from home. From booking to checkout and everything in between, it was perfect! Saw several deer from the covered porches and heard and watched all the birds around the property. The back porch had a great view of the Dollywood fireworks each evening at 9:40. And the game room was a huge hit with the grands. The only downside was our visit wasn’t long enough! Definitely would recommend it and hope to visit again real soon!

Host had great communication, quick responses, the house was giant, comfortable, and cozy. The game room was excellent. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and dishes loved the two kitchens and the upstairs and downstairs. My family enjoyed Christmas here as we all had our own space to spread out and relax from ages 9 to 60. The only reason I didn’t give it a full five stars is most of the dishes we pulled out to use or cook with upstairs came out with food on them were dirty as they probably didn’t get very clean in the dishwasher. So before we used a lot of things in the kitchen, we had to rewash them, and the floor is hatting been vacuumed well,but if that was our only issue, it was a very minimal problem and will be coming back to stay again.

Absolutely love the house, exactly as described. Our only issue was the yard. The grass was over grown and needed to be cut. With 4 young children who needed to get outside and play/run it was very disappointing. Our first and only attempt was met with screams due to numerous ant bites.
