Welcome to Starfish Lane. This is our second year as owners and we have completed many
upgrades, with more to follow.
The first level has a large covered porch in the front, a mudroom area in the foyer for dropping
off sandy shoes and beach equipment, and a large play room with a collapsible ping pong table
and a smart tv to keep the kids occupied. There is a luxurious bedroom with a king bed and full
bathroom that opens onto the private back porch, which has a charcoal
grill.
The second level is an open and spacious living area with large screen tv, family dining table,
well stocked kitchen, bunk room with two twin beds, and a brand new full bathroom. There is a
front and back deck to enjoy. The uncovered back deck has a gas grill. The large, covered front
deck has lots of outdoor seating to enjoy the morning and evening breezes.
The third level has a second private, and luxurious bedroom and bathroom, with a queen sized
bed. This bedroom opens onto another spacious uncovered private deck with lounge chairs for
day time sunbathing and night time stargazing. On this level there is also a second queen
bedroom, and a fourth bedroom with a twin over a double bunk bed, great for children and
adults alike. The fourth full bathroom is on this floor along with a washer/dryer.
The fourth level is the crow’s nest with a fantastic sunrise/sunset view. It offers hints of the bay,
gulf and golf course.
There are 3 additional beds: a sofa sleeper and a chair sleeper in the first level play room and a
sofa sleeper in the second level living area.
Starfish Lane boasts many black and white photos of local areas. It is very close to the Osprey
pool and tennis/pickle ball courts. This is a great walkable neighborhood with a seasonal shuttle
for those days when you would rather ride. We absolutely love it here and hope you will too.
Age requirement, no pets, no smoking allowed.
