Beautiful home in great area.

Visited for weekend and rented this home. It’s a beautiful home in a great neighborhood. So close to everything you want to do. Such comfy beds, furniture and amazing porch and back yard. Highly recommend.

Naples vacation

Lovely, clean, and comfortable stay. The only downside is the faucet on the kitchen sink. It kept turning off as I was attempting to clean and do dishes...very frustrating. I couldn't figure out why it kept doing this off and on. And then there were times I would just have to walk away and come back in hopes it would turn on again...ugh. But overall we all loved the home.

Good stay after a bumpy start

General: the house is large and newly renovated; the appliances are new; the back-yard gardening is especially pretty; The house is situated a bit far from the downtown, but for us, this was not a problem—the area near the house had sufficient services and access to beach and park; Problems: our check-in was a disaster, very confused: ALL of the information (how to get into the house, use the WiFi, how to run Air Conditioning, etc) sent to us by the national Vacasa organization was wrong; the local Vacasa person (Mandy) was more helpful; a notebook with simple instructions for TV, appliances, local area services and tourism, etc would have been useful; the house really needs a final quality run-through with attention to details—dead batteries in fan controls, almost-empty clothes washer soap, unplugged light that required us to crawl under the bed to plug it in, large amount of garbage/recycle left for us to sort out, coffee maker but no coffee or coffee filters, no gas for grill, no small vacuum cleaner for spills, no (electric) lights to go in the candle and lantern fixtures, etc. the house is relatively close to the beach, but there are no beach chairs, beach towels, toys, bikes, etc.

Thank you! This was a good fit for our stay over the New Year's holiday -- not too expensive, but the property is excellent -- appears to be a brand new build or recently renovated. TVs in every room, excellent kitchen and plates and cutlery (we were in Naples for work, so we cooked to conserve costs). Lovely enclosed patio and a small, verdant backyard area. The construction is high quality -- bathrooms are fantastic, especially tile work in master bedroom. Like any new offering, there were a few forgivable glitches -- we did not receive entry instructions and had to wait 45 minutes on the phone to get instructions; there were no coffee filters. But, we'll hopefully return to this excellent space. Book with confidence. Thank you again!

Stayed for Christmas

We booked our stay in November, I had not received an email about check in I called Christmas eve after 4pm and spoke to someone who was very helpful and was able to send us all the codes we needed to get in. The house is absolutely beautiful and the beds were so comfortable!
