Easy stay in Scottsdale

This was quick trip for us but it was very easy to check-in and out. The large beds were super comfy. Everything was easy and fine.

birthday trip

Fantastic option for a weekend in Scottsdale celebrating a 90th birthday in the family. Excellent location withing walking distance of our family. Check-in process was smooth, and host was very responsive to questions. Spacious condo with two king size beds, two full baths, WIFI, and huge televisions. The platform bed required a chair to climb into it, but that was the largest deterrent encountered.

Old Town

This is a perfect location if you want to experience Old Town Scottsdale! If you like to hike, Camelback Mountain is just a little over a mile away. If you love to shop, the fashion mall is across the street. Property was very clean and it was a self check in process. You also get your own parking spot & there are a few visitor spots available.

Mostly enjoyable. Few fixes required peeling shower ceiling, cable pulled away from wall black tape on window covers, fan not working.

OK place

Quick overnight stay. Unfortunately, door code info was very hard to find so took a long time to get in. No responses from hosts. The main area looked clean but bathrooms floor, tiles and showers need improvement. No body wash or shampoo. Towels were very small and old.

Short stay

My family and I stayed at this property for just a two nighter. On our first night there was terrible! No sleep!! A car right outside our bedroom had their alarm go off all night long. Not sure if the car alarm was broken but it was going off for the majority of the night. Of course this is no fault on the owner of this condo. Another thing was the check in, I had to reach out to get all the check in information from the owner the day before since I hadn’t heard from them. He/she did not respond until the day of check in a few hrs before arrival. I was getting nervous that I had been scammed. But got the info right before check in. House was very clean!! The only complain was the showers. The water didn’t drain while showering so the tile became very slippery while showering.

Don’t stay here!!!!!!

This property is a mess. Condo was extremely dirty. The walls, ceiling and floors are stained. The dishwasher had broken pieces in it and did not wash the dishes. The kitchenware is dirt cheap and not functional. One of the beds only had a sheet on it, no comforter or blanket. There are extra blankets in the closet but they are extremely cheap material. The headboard on the bed is broken and bangs the wall every time you move. The curtains are ripped and stained. There is a quarter inch of dust on top of the refrigerator. The floor tiles are cracked. The bathrooms were filthy with dirt and hair along the edges and in the corners. The shower curtain was moldy. All the furniture is really cheap and beat up. It feels like they furnished it at Goodwill. I took pictures of everything and would share if I could. You have been warned. The only nice thing about it is the location. It is way over priced for a complete dump.

The Pros about this place. Located in the center of Scottsdale. Restaurants, bars and shopping very close by and very easy to get to. Other locations Glendale 35–40 minutes away and Sedona was 2 hours away. The kitchen was clean. Overall cleanliness I would give it a 6 out of 10. Working with the owner/manager was very easy and convenient. Negative thoughts about this place. One of the bathrooms did not have a handle for the shower. It had electrical tape wrapped around it which you had to grab to turn on and off. The shower drain was very slow I had to stand in 1 inch of soapy water. The other shower, the handle was loose and hard to adjust the temperature. It too was hard to shut off. You had to finagle the handle to get it to turn off. You are signed a parking spot, which is great on one occasion there was somebody in our parking spot all day long we had to park in a visitor spot which was further away from our condo. Not that big of a deal but very inconvenient. Overall, I would stay here again, but would hope that the shower situation would be resolved soon.
