This guest home is on the first level of our house (we live upstairs), with a private entrance and 1,577 sq.ft. in-law space solely for you to enjoy. It offers a perfect staycation with (1) two beds (4 adults) + one crib (1 kid), (2) family-friendly amenities (1-acre lush lawns under tall tree canopies for outdoor kid play, indoor kids play area with toys, open space without stairs, home gym, board games, smart TV), (3) waterfront views of the Rippowam River, and (4) office space with fast WIFI.

Guest Access

We want to be upfront of what this house can and can not offer. A few things to note:

— Our compact kitchen does not have a dishwasher

— The kitchen does not have a range with oven (instead, we have a counter-top induction stove with 1 burner)

— No access to the second floor or garage (owner occupied)

— Backyard is not fully fenced and has access to the river. Use the river at your own risk

Other Things to Note

All guests making a reservation agrees to our house rules as follows:

— NO SMOKING: We have a very strict no-smoking policy. Any traces of smoking inside the property will result in a penalty of $1,000.

— NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: Cops will be called and legal actions will be taken if you host an event or throw a party at our property. Groups of visitors and party size visitors are not allowed. Please ask for approval if you have visitors, and fees for additional guests will apply. Quiet hours between 8pm and 8 am. Please be respectful of the neighbors. Violation to these rules will result in immediate eviction and a fine of $1,000

— PET RULES: Pets ($79 per stay) and service animals are allowed inside the property. Our yard is not fenced so please watch your pets. All pet wastes must be picked up and disposed of; otherwise, a $250 additional cleaning fee will be applied. Any pet damage (furniture, flooring, walls, etc.) will also be subjective to extra charge. $250 per pet fee for any non-disclosed pets brought on property.

— RIVER SAFETY: The depth of the Rippowam River, as of December 2, 2023 was recorded at 1.86 feet​​. This measurement can vary due to factors such as precipitation, season, and specific locations along the river. Guests should access the river at their own risk. The access to the river is direct and not gated. Those who cannot swim, children, infants, and pets must NOT access the river. The owner and the property management company are not liable for any incidents with regard to the access to the river.
