HOUSE RULES & RENTAL AGREEMENT
We’re committed to providing a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for all guests. By booking this property, you agree to the following Rental Agreement and House Rules. Failure to comply may result in fines, cancellation without refund, and/or additional charges.

Booking & Occupancy
★ Minimum Age to Book: You must be 25 years or older to book. The booking guest must be present throughout the stay.
★ No Third-Party Bookings: The person booking must also be the one staying.
★ Guest Limit: Maximum occupancy is 6 guests, including infants and children. Additional guests will incur a fee of $50 per person, per night.
★ No Pets or Smoking: Pets, indoor smoking, events, parties, and fireplace use are not permitted. Evidence of violation will result in a $500 fee plus costs for damages, cleaning, and lost revenue.

Pool Safety & Waiver (Unheated Pool)
Your safety is our priority:
✩ The pool does not have a gate or lock. Children must be supervised at all times.
✩ No food or glass near the pool area.
✩ A door chime on the patio door alerts when someone enters the pool area.
✩ Pool is serviced weekly; you’ll be notified before technician visits.
✩ Leaves and debris may fall into the pool naturally.

WAIVER: By booking, Guest acknowledges that pool use carries inherent risks. Guest and all members of their party agree to use the pool responsibly, supervise children, and hold the property owner harmless from any injuries, accidents, or claims related to pool use.

Bunk Bed Safety & Waiver
The property includes a bunk bed:
✩ The top bunk is recommended for ages 6+ only.
✩ The bunk has a ladder and guardrails for safety.
✩ No jumping, climbing, or roughhousing.
✩ Weight limit: 400 lbs per bunk.

WAIVER: By booking, Guest accepts the risks of bunk bed use and agrees to use it responsibly. The property owner is not liable for injuries or accidents related to bunk bed use. Guest agrees to hold the property owner harmless from all related claims.

Pest-Free Home
★ Regular pest control is conducted to maintain a clean environment.
★ Keep windows and doors closed to prevent pests.
★ Refunds will not be provided for occasional bug sightings.

Furniture Care
Please treat the furnishings with care and refrain from moving or rearranging them.

The house was amazing! My family enjoyed the property and it was hard to get the kids to leave the house. The beds were so comfortable and I loved all the cozy blankets laid around. So homey! We would love to stay here again!

Came for a week to play in a tennis event nearby, had a great time. Communication with the host was excellent, neighborhood was quiet. Plan on staying here again next year if we can!

We absolutely loved this home, it was the perfect location to explore Savannah, Tybee Island and go to a Savannah Bananas Game. The neighborhood was cute and quiet, the house was perfect. I have a hard time sleeping in beds other than my own but everybody slept great here. The home was cutely decorated, comfortable and had everything we might need. Communication with the host was great and easy. We are a family of 5 and the kids were entertained any time we were at the house with the game room and plunge pool. If we're ever back in Savannah we would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed here with our toddler and our friends with their toddler. The pool and game room were a hit with the kids. The home was nice and clean and the host was friendly and responsive. Location was great - Walmart was a few minutes away and within 30 minutes of downtown and Tybee Island. Would highly recommend!

Great gem!

We stayed about a week here for a dance competition. The place was immaculate and beautifully decorated. I loved the style! The beds were super comfortable which helped my girls rest from a long day at the comp. The property manager was very responsive, and we had everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again!

Absolutely perfect location! The neighborhood was quiet and so cute. The house had everything we needed and then some. The host was nothing but pleasant and helpful. She was available to help anytime we had a question. We already miss Savannah and we just got home.

Bananas for Savannah

We stayed here while attending a Savannah Bananas baseball game. It was in the perfect location. We were at the stadium in 15 mins and Downtown in 15 minutes. We have stayed at different homes each of our trips to Savannah, but will definitely be back here. Tabitha was always responsive and helpful.

Beautiful home great location

This house is just simply beautiful. We were welcomed with snacks on the counter. We thoroughly enjoyed the game room and the pool. The home was very clean and has everything you need. The owner was easy to communicate with and responded promptly. We would rent this home again.

Searching for a home that could accommodate chemical sensitivities is an exhausting search. Tabitha addressed every concern, offered suggestions, consistently, readily communicated from beginning to end in a kind, thoughtful, thorough manner. One sibling said that they’d give six stars. Everything was well-maintained, clean, very comfortable, neat and being that we cooked every day the kitchen had everything. We all appreciated the warm homey feeling that welcomed us which lasted through our stay. Being with our family after so many years brought us much joy and comfort. Your home was like that welcoming mat that brought us together!
