Plus 12% Florida State/Collier County sales/tourist taxes. Renters have to submit a formal rental application to Condo Asociation, and pay required fees for processing and background security check. First month rent amount and $250 (plus same taxes) for a "standard" move-out cleaning are due upon signing the lease agreement. Last month rent and a security deposit (equal to the rent) amount are due on the lease start date. Each subsequent monthly payment is due on the 1st of that month of lease. Renters pay for their actual usage of electricity and water - be smart and save. Late payment, bad check/NSF, early termination, excessive cleaning fees apply.
