This comfortable fully-furnished studio provides a kitchenette with a mini refrigerator, full size microwave, toaster, Keurig, Kettle, and snacks. To help get your day started, we provide K-cups, snacks, and a Keurig to brew your cup of Joe.

We’ve prioritized quality sleep with blackout curtains which will help provide a restful sleep so that you feel recharged and refreshed.

The Poolside studio has amazing views of the mountains, pool + hot tub from the studio. Walk around our property during the day or night & take in the 360 views of the Mountain ranges + city.

Shared with your (awesome) hosts or guests, enjoy a spacious courtyard with a sectional sofa with lounger, a fire pit with seating, and MORE!

HOT TUB: In the shared courtyard, the hot tub is available for guest use. A few things to note:
- Hours of use are between 8am - 10pm
- Note that a hot summer day can make the hot tub too hot to safely use, so guests are welcome to use the pool instead to relax and refresh. Pool is NOT heated.

We have a thorough cleaning protocol to ensure all surfaces are sanitized. We also provide personal care and basic cleaning products. Don't forget to pack a reusable water bottle for AZ!

NO PARTIES OR UNREGISTERED GUESTS. Unapproved visitors will result in us asking your entire group to vacate the property immediately and forfeit the cost of your reservation. This will be strictly enforced.

OUTDOOR QUIET HOURS: This is a quiet neighborhood, so we ask that you reduce all outside noise after 10 p.m.

The whole studio is yours! You will be provided with a key code to access as you please. The poolside studio has a dedicated parking spot.

GRILL: The grill is available for guest use.

POOL: The pool is included in your reservation but not heated.

HOT TUB: Available for your use.

ENTERTAINMENT: There are plenty of entertainment options available at your fingertips - TV, games, and more.

FIRE PIT: We have a wood-burning fire pit: however, we do NOT provide wood. Fire wood can be purchased at most gas-stations.

WASHER/DRYER: The washer and Dryer are for your use in the garage. We provide detergent.

PACK N' PLAY: Please let us know in advance if you will be needed one.
