Welcome to my inviting mountain retreat in Dillon, Colorado, a haven for nature enthusiasts and adventure seekers. Nestled strategically, this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom gem is close to everything you need for a perfect getaway. For those of you staying with us in the Winter season we are within 20 minutes of 5 world class ski resorts. Our cozy mountain home provides the perfect escape, I'm new to VRBO and will do everything I can to make your stay enjoyable!
Inside, enjoy the comforts of modern living with recent updates and renovations. The well-appointed living spaces feature comfortable furniture and a wood-burning fireplace, creating a cozy and warm ambiance after a day of outdoor activities. With high-speed internet (400mbps+), you can stay connected or unwind with your favorite streaming services. A full office is available with dual monitors and a USB-C hub for conference calls (and connecting to the monitors).
Accommodating up to 6 guests: in a queen (bedroom 1) and a bunk with trundle (1 full, 1 twin on top, 1 twin trundle underneath). Mattresses are all new (as of fall 2023) and are memory foam. The couch can be used in the living room as another sleeping space. There are two bathrooms, one full and one half with heat lamps in each! The property also offers two parking spots, ensuring easy access. Additional overnight parking is available across the street at a nominal fee of $20 per night through the town.
Fancy a work out? A Peloton in the living room is yours to use, please bring your cycling shoes to make it a better experience!
The kitchen is fully equipped for your culinary adventures, including ample appliances (waffle maker, toaster oven, microwave, blender, etc.) and all the spices you could need! There is a washer and dryer available for your convenience a short walk away (one entry way over in the basement). Relax after a day on the slopes in our sauna (also in the basement area)!

I'm originally from Michigan, migrated west a few years ago. I enjoy skiing, fly fishing and sailing. I'm a full time consultant, I travel a lot, and as a result enjoy making my place available to other travelers!

The mountain view from the second bedroom are my absolute favorite. Going on a walk to the marina and beach on a sunny day... the park across the street is great too, a quick game of pickleball or playing in the big field.

Newly renovated and constantly being improved. All mattress are new too (in 2023), foam and comfortable!
