Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun, including a hot tub, pool table, air hocky table, ping pong table, tons of games, and to top it off an in home gym. Tons of board games and things to do at The Deer Lodge. Very peaceful and surreal with all of the deer's frolicking in the neighborhood. A/c, central heating, also a fireplace. Generator back up for power! Don't forget about all the local attractions. Such as Jenkinson Lake, Apple Hill, local skiing, & wineries! Full kitchen/ outdoor furniture/ traeger bbq/ 75 inch tv/ wifi and tons more.

Great Stay

We had a wonderful time with our family and enjoyed the Deer Lodge. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, which we did for most of our meals. We especially loved the fire place, it made for cozy evenings and mornings and put out a great amount of heat. The game room was fun for all ages!

Perfect Stay at The Deer Lodge

We had a truly wonderful stay at The Deer Lodge! The setting is incredibly peaceful, and we even spotted deer wandering nearby, which was such a treat. The lodge is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, and the large dining table was perfect for our family meals and game nights. It was the perfect environment to keep our pups away from the sounds of the 4th of July fireworks, while still celebrating the holiday with our close friends. The hot tub was absolutely amazing—so relaxing after a day of exploring. Beds were super comfortable, and the entire place was very clean. We really appreciated how well-maintained everything was.The communication with the host was fantastic! Quickly answered any questions and took the time to check in to see if we needed anything during our stay. The outdoor decks were lovely spots to enjoy morning coffee or an evening cocktail. The whole space is very family and pet friendly, which made it a perfect choice for our group. We felt right at home and are already planning our next visit!

Amazing house!

My daughter came home and told her grandma there were “games everywhere!” It’s 100 percent true!! The house was beautiful and super clean. We hope to stay here again!

Deer lodge is fitting name

This was a beautiful home and extremely clean and comfortable. The whole house was neat and tidy with everything you would need. The only thing I could not find was a lighter to light the gas stove which I went and purchased at Safeway in town. Even though there are a lot of houses around it is very quiet to where it feels secluded. We had deer everyday and seemed to be the same 4 until the last night when we had 8 of them walking around within 10 ft of us. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone who loves the Outdoors.

Great memories at The Deer Lodge!

The home was a new listing so the listing was not as detailed. We decided to take a chance since we were looking for a place after our rental was cancelled a week before our trip. So happy we took the chance on The Deer Lodge! The house is spacious, clean, modern decor, kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, cups, plates etc. they also had a traeger grill that we used to grill steak and chicken. And the detached game room, WOW!! We were very impressed! They have plenty of parking and the decks were great. We would definitely stay here again!

Wine Weekend Getaway

Our stay at Deer Lodge was nothing short of extraordinary! From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted with a sense of warmth and comfort. The house was impeccably maintained, with every detail meticulously taken care of. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the game room. It was like stepping into a world of endless entertainment! From billiards to basketball to arcade games, there was something for everyone. Our evenings were filled with laughter and friendly competition, creating memories that will last a lifetime. The beds were incredibly comfortable, providing us with the perfect night's sleep after our fun-filled days of wine tasting. We loved our morning guests, the deer! It was such a magical experience to sip our coffee while watching them roam freely throughout the yard. Overall, this VRBO exceeded all our expectations. It's the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and natural beauty. We can't wait to return for another unforgettable stay!

Cozy Deer Lodge…..

We had a party of 7, staying to attend a wedding. Upon arrival first look very pretty home in wooded neighborhood. Once inside we quickly realized that this house really only sleeps 6, three queen beds in three rooms. No futon as mentioned in listing. There were 2 air mattresses but no sheets that would fit them. In the kitchen there are literally no sponges, hand towels, and could have been equipped much better. Would be nice to have a coffee maker, it does come with a kureig, but that doesn’t work when you have 6 major coffee drinkers, fortunately we brought one from home. Suggest you wear socks inside the floors were pretty dirty. Appears to be clean but wasn’t. In the bathrooms, very limited linens, no wash cloths, and 3 hand towels for the entire home. Over all I gave this house a 4 out of 5, we aren’t that fussy, we made do and had a good time.

Highly Recommend!!

Last-minute getaway for our family and this place was beyond perfect!! Communication with host was great. Not a single negative thing I can say about the property. Loved every single thing they had to offer. It snowed while we were there, which was a huge bonus for our kids. As if the game room & hot tub wasn't bonus enough! Kitchen was plenty stocked with utensils, plates, glassware and silverware. No blender or food processor, just something to keep in mind if that's something you'd be looking to use. There's an extra fridge downstairs in the garage. Bathrooms were all fully stocked with towels, even soap, shampoo and conditioner! They're on a septic system, be mindful of what you're flushing. Bedrooms were also great. Soft, fluffy pillows and blankets and very comfortable beds. There were even extra towels specific for the hot tub. I'd absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended if you're looking for a place in this area to stay. Safeway was less than a 15 minute drive from the house as well.

Family Get Together

Gorgeous, modern home. Very comfortable beds and luxurious bedding. Spacious rooms. Comfortable bathrooms with great showers that have nice pressure and reliable controls. Wonderful kitchen and lovely farm table. Ample decks. Fun garage games and ping pong. Games for entertainment. Host is easily accesible online. There were 6 adults, 1 child and 1 dog. We loved it so much. It rained so we stayed inside and cooked our meals here. But, everyone was happy to play games and use the garage ping pong table. Went to apple hill High Hand Ranch to buy a pie. What a marvelous experience! Beautiful neighborhood. Easy to find. Close to Sly Park! We hope to return.
