The Owners of the property were great. Unfortunately the property management company that the Owners use doesn’t have the same level of care for the guest experience. We were without AC, hot water and a properly working dryer for certain durations of our stay and while the Owners were very kind, the property management firm cares more about their bottom line than properly reimbursing guests for the disruptions. I would not recommend staying at a property managed by this company.

Nice Place

This condo is updated and has very convenient access to the beach. The condo could use some updated outdoor furnishings. The building itself is being renovated but did not interfere with our stay. Overall this was a very nice place and would recommend staying here.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m sorry the bedroom carpet was uncomfortable, the linens and towels felt worn, and the bathroom grout wasn’t clean. I’ve passed your feedback to address the linens and towels, and deep clean of the grout, also to maintenance/property owner to evaluate replacing or improving the bedroom flooring. I’ve also shared your suggestion for a larger living-room TV for future updates. We appreciate you staying with us and for the helpful input.

Place is clean. Great location. Easy to park and access. Does not have extra paper supplies or liquid hand soap in the bathroom. We had to run to the store and get toilet paper, Kleenex, paper towels, liquid handsoap and a dish sponge.
