Hyggeligt studie beliggende i det mest ønskelige sted i Pacific Beach, North PB. Tourmaline Beach og Surf Park kun 2 ½ blokke væk. Beliggende i et roligt boligkvarter i gåafstand til gode resturants, barer, kaffebarer, købmandsforretning og Bird Rock (la Jolla); Langt nok fra trængsel og travlhed, men tæt nok til at nyde det!

Studiet er high end og veludstyret. Det leveres komplet med et fladskærms-tv, DVD-afspiller og DVD'er, Wi-Fi, direkte tv, fuldt udstyret køkken, spisebord, kommode, behagelig madras i queensize-størrelse, futon i læderflade (frisk sengetøj inkluderet), himmellys og strand nødvendigheder! Du finder alt hvad du har brug for for at nyde stranden! Strandstole, friske håndklæder, 2 boogiebræt og et blødt skumbrædbræt med udendørs bruser (med varmt vand) til skylning efter en dag på stranden.

En smuk privat siddeområde perfekt til morgenkaffe eller te!

Kæledyrsvenlig! Der er en malerisk gårdsplads, der er smukt anlagt og har en grill og teak-picnicbord og deles med to andre gode huslejer.

The proximity to the beach, airport, and other points of interest make this a nice place to stay. It was perfect for 2 people who were looking to do some sightseeing before catching the Mexican Riviera cruise.

The studio is exactly that, a studio with a small kitchen. We have a small fridge and freezer along with a small stove. We have great pics of all. Furniture is quite nice with a Casper mattress, fold out Futon couch and small table and chairs. We also have a private outside front area along with a washer/dryer outside shower and back sitting area. It’s an amazing value in an amazing area.

Great little place in an excellent location! Our only complaint was that the place had not been cleaned when we checked in, however, the owner quickly sent a team over to get it ready. Very responsive and an overall wonderful experience!

A girl and her dogs

This was such a cute little studio with a great location. My dogs and I walked down to the beach each morning, and then to get coffee. Great location with night life not too far, while being very peaceful. I would definitely go back with my pups!

I honestly did not know what to expect when I booked this studio based on the pictures, but I am so glad I did. The space was actually not that small as I had thought- It was the perfect space for my little one and I. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The studio was well kept and was in a nice residential quiet neighborhood and only two blocks away from the beach. Also, we never had any issues finding street parking at all! Would definitely book here again :)!

We really enjoyed our time here! Clean space, perfect for the two of us to relax after some busy day exploring the area and doing wedding events. The nice walk to the beach was a great way to start or end the day; we didn’t end up getting to use the beach equipment but they looked to be in good shape. Kitchen is the perfect size for reheating leftovers or making small meals, and was well stocked with things we needed. It was a perfect location to get to the airport/downtown SD area to do museums and the zoo, and get up the coast to La Jolla area. We loved being able to walk to several restaurants for breakfast or dinner when we were back in the area. Parking on the street can be busy on good surf days and/or weekends, but we never had to walk more than a block or so. We felt very safe walking anywhere in the area and neighborhood. Highly recommend this place for a couple looking to enjoy a wonderful beach vacation!

DREAM Rental Stay Experience

Rental was closer to the beach than we originally thought, location is an A! Bikes were super helpful, just had to call the maintenance man to adjust the height of the bike seats. Rental was fully stocked with the essentials, if we would have known we would’ve packed less (shampoo, conditioner, soap, ice cube tray, cooking tools, reusable containers,etc). Overall a 10/10 experience!

Great Location!

Although not the most private situation, Tourmaline studio made for a great vacation. The space is comfortable for two people and super affordable. Boogie boards, bikes and beach supplies were excellent to have around as well. We will be back. Thanks Richard and Tiffany!

I'm happy you and your hubby enjoyed your stay, Angie! I'm happy you made great use of the bikes and close proximity to all the restaurants and shops. I don't think you drove your car the entire week! It was great to see you go out for your morning runs along the beach, and you really got into the active Southern California lifestyle. You also took advantage of the cool ocean breeze: opening both front and back doors allowed you to really get the fresh ocean air coming through the studio. I'm sorry about the extra activity going on during your stay as we remodeled the back unit, but that is all over with now. We hope to see you again soon, come down and escape the cold Portland weather in beautiful San Diego!

The unit is very nice. The address can’t be seen from the street. The check in process was horrible. The owner and her husband yelled at me over the phone because I went to the wrong unit and disturbed the other tenants. They told me to apologize to THEM (owners) or they would cancel my booking. Very rude couple. They did have bikes but the tires were flat.

Very false and unkind review. This guest went inside another house she knew was not her unit and scared our guests next door. We managed to work it out with our guests but did ask her to apologize for the extreme behavior. I wouldn’t recommend this person to stay in a unit you own.

Our week at the beach

My husband and I recently stayed at this studio apartment for a full week and enjoyed it very much. While small and compact the space was very comfortable for two. The futon made for great sleeping and the small kitchen had everything we needed. The neighborhood was very quiet and it was just a short walk to a grocery store and several restaurants as well as the beach. We would certainly come back here on our next trip to Pacific Beach.

Cozy and Comfortable

I was there for a tournament and the location was perfect, the commute was easy and direct. The neighborhood was quiet. Parking was a challenge nightly but other than that my stay was great! We felt safe walking back to the house even when we had to park far away. Thank you.

Location!

The Tourmaline studio was a perfect choice for my family's stay in San Diego. For two adults and two small dogs it was a great space and perfect location!! Close walking distance to the beach and multiple cafes, bars, shops, etc. on a quiet side street. Bonus backyard shower/sink which came in handy after beach days and to bathe the dogs after they rolled around in the sand! Space adequate for two and our furry family! Had a great time, thank you!!

Walk to Beach.

Cute little studio. Best aspect is location to beach and is in quiet neighborhood. Free use of bikes, boogie boards, and beach chairs is awesome. Microwave wasn't working and despite emailing owner, no one ever came to check it out. Otherwise great stay for your money.

Perfect for a weekend getaway.

This little place was exactly what they advertised it to be. It’s little, but perfect for a single person or couple wanting to get away for a few days. The only thing that I’d recommend is getting there VERY EARLY on a week day if possible for parking. You must park on the street, and there is terrible parking availability close to the property unless you get there when people are leaving for work. With that written, once you park, everything you need is within walking distance! I highly recommend ‘Latitude 32’, a little bar and grill right down the street.

The place was a small cute studio as pictured in the ad, and was clean upon arrival. The owner was very unprofessional and unaccommodating. He was difficult to work with, hardly returned emails, was vague with checkin and checkout instructions and got angry when our flight landed an hour late due to an uncommon head wind for this time of year. I would not due business with him again and do not recommend it.

Oh MY!! After almost 4 months of fantastic guests I finally ran into a very discourteous and disrespectful couple from New Jersey. I made an appointment to meet them at the unit for check in at 5:30 pm and did not hear from the guests until 6:45; They told me that they had a head wind and would arrive as soon as possible. However, I had already called the airline to check on them and their flight was "on time" and arrived at 5:30 pm. I faithfully waited for another hour and called them. I think they were at dinner and seemed annoyed that I called them again. They said they were on there way. I waited for another hour! They finally arrived at 8:30 pm -- Over 3 hours after we had scheduled to meet and didn't see anything wrong with that. I am shocked that the guests would explain their lack of caring for holding an appointment time as me being unprofessional. I am extremely conscientious about returning emails as anyone will tell you that I have worked with previously and I obviously went above and beyond waiting for their arrival for 3 hours. I am always willing to go the extra mile for my guests but as with any person I expect that I be treated with respect as well. With a Vacation Rental guests do need to understand that we as owners don't have a "Front Desk" for guests to use at anytime. These renters had a very strong sense of entitlement and were just awful. I would not Rent to them ever again!

Clean,kitchen was small but met our needs perfectly. Pet friendly was what we needed and accommodated us well. Place was smaller than expected but adequate for us two and a small dog. Love that it was only a couple blocks away from the beach with the most beautiful sunset. Thanks we hope we can enjoy this place again next year.

This was a studio apartment and I decided that the location was so fantastic, that I wanted to spend the money and make the apartment a charming and beautiful place to have a beach get-a-way. I meet people all the time that get a hotel room is a sparse area of San Diego and have always thought how much more you could get for you money if you booked a Vacation Rental near the beach!
