As seen in the photos we are about 5 yards from the beach for a quick swim or beach bbq (you can pop back for another wine from the fridge). A few minutes stroll along the waterfront you are in to the charming, sailing village of Seaview with its shops, cafes, restaurants.

Seaview is a delightful village for swimming, dining, rock pooling . Nearby Ryde is full of fun for children with another sandy beach and playground.

In probably the best position, on the seafront, the property is situated by pastel-coloured, seaside bungalows and waterfront houses. This immaculately presented beach front retreat enjoys stunning views of the sea and passing boats; is next to the nature reserve for walks and bird-watching; and has an area of outside decking for sitting out on to the front. Parking for one car is behind the property. Wifi included.
