9 ladies came to celebrate our 50th/70th birthdays! We were blown away by this condo… the space, the view, the extra amenities and even more so- Paula’s constant checking in to make sure we were good and provide info about the rental and nearby excursions/ restaurants etc. What a beautiful stay. The grill and laundry facilities were used daily as were the pool and hot tub!

We spent 9 nights and it was fabulous! there were 6 of us … plenty of room … comfortable beds .. washer and dryer in unit …. great kitchen … good location , truly minutes from airport …but that View !!!!!!! i have never seen water so stunningly gorgeous! Paula is a great host .. clear communication ! If you re looking for peaceful private chill vacation this is it !!!!

House was exactly as pictured. Paula is very quick to respond to any questions. Site is well maintained and extremely relaxing. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Perfect vacation rental

Just the perfect vills and location for a great vacation. The villa has absolutely everything you might want and did not know you needed. We had a great Exuma vacation and will be back....

Paradise!

We had the absolute best time in Exuma and at this wonderful property. House was very well stocked. Loved having beach towels, chairs, umbrella, coolers, and pool floats all available at the house. The beach is stunning and the pool/hot tub area was nice to relax in at the end of the day.

The villa was awesome! The location is beautiful, and the hot tub and pool were great! It was very clean and exceeded all of our expectations. Definitely one of our best vacations. We will definitely be coming back. Paula was also great to work with, answered any and all of our questions. Piece of advice when going to Exuma. Skip the over priced boat tours and rent your own boat from Minns watersports.

Fantastic!

The property was fantastic and all the little extras were amazing.. games, puzzles, bug spray, coolers and so much more. Great location with everything you are looking for! We’ve already booked our next trip

What a great stay we had here in Exuma! Paula was the best host, offering us plenty of recommendations to her favorite restaurants, businesses, and sights to see before we even got to the island. This was extremely helpful in our preparation. The house was absolutely gorgeous - we are still dreaming about it! There was plenty of room for the whole group and lots of space to hangout together in the common area. We already want to come back! Also a plus - it's a short walk on the beach to Tim's on the Bay! Our favorite.

Exuma Paradise

The view is breathtaking! Nice outdoor seating area both downstairs and upstairs over looking the ocean with a great view of the sunrise. The unit is well equipped and has a lovely pool infinity pool and hot tub with plenty of seating around the pool area with umbrellas.

Family get away

House was very spacious and clean . Nothing like waking up in the morning with a beautiful view of the ocean. The pool and the jacuzzi was a wonderful way to unwind after boating and snorkeling all day. Management was attentive and accommodating to our needs. The location of this house was close to airport and all of the good restaurants. ..

Fantastic property

Sapphire Seas is a wonderful property in the perfect location on the island. The amenities that come with the property were wonderful. Even though the whole complex was full most of the time we were there it never felt too busy. Our hosts were very responsive to any requests/issues and did their best to resolve in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this property.

I can’t say enough about this property. The house is amazing, roomie and comfortable. Everything you need is there. The location is centrally located to be able to get to everything. The Hot tub and pool was perfect. Paula has been amazing to communicate with. I can’t wait to plan our next trip.

Paradise, with easy access

Absolutely beautiful. And so easy to get to! Less than a 5 minute drive from the airport. We brought our 6-month-old child and it was so convenient. Also, this was the best stocked rental we’ve ever had (e.g., large beach cooler, beach chairs and toys, spices and condiments, and almost everything else you need in the kitchen. It’s also more beautiful than the pictures.

Paradise

Great location on the island, great support from the house manager when needed/requested, the pool was nice and warm and we were even able to swim in the evening thanks to the warm water and lights, great lounge area around the pool to enjoy! The beds were so very comfortable, they had all the amenities we needed in the kitchen, on site laundry was great, the outdoor space just outside the unit was also wonderful! Everything we hoped for and so much more!

Fantastic property in paradise!

If you are thinking about renting this villa do it! My family and I just stayed for two weeks and didn’t want to leave! The villa is spacious, clean, comfortable, and loaded with amenities. The pool is so nice and the beach is absolutely gorgeous. Even though the six other villas on the property had guests, the pool area never felt crowded. I never saw more than 10-15 people on the entire mile long stretch of white sand beach. There are quite a few good restaurants within a 10-30 minute drive in either direction. The host can be easily reached and always responded quickly to any questions I had. She was so helpful and provided us with lots of good information while staying on the island. There is also a property manager on site to help. I’ve traveled extensively and this is my new favorite island vacation spot! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful property. We hope to visit again!

Fantastic Stay in Paradise!

All I can say is WOW! From the moment our family walked into this home and saw the stunning blue water out the wall of windows, we were blown away.The house was very spacious for our family of 10 and spotlessly clean. There were lots of dishes, glasses, and cookware, which made fixing dinners for the crew a breeze. There were also lots of herbs and spices left over from previous guests, which helped spice up our meals! The pool and hot tub were great, and we spent countless hours there and on the patio just enjoying the breeze and the view. The views from the upper balcony off of the two bedrooms was awesome as well. We loved seeing the sunrises from there.The house also had lots of beach gear (towels, chairs, floaties, coolers, etc) for use, which was quite handy. There were plenty of books to read and games to play on the one stormy day we had on our visit. The location is great, less than 5 minutes from the airport and 2 minutes from a less busy gas station (compared the Georgetown). While we did swim at the beach, it is not as calm as some of the other beaches on the island, since it is not as well-protected. Hoever, that didnt take away from our enjoyment of it at all!Paula was very responsive and wonderful to work with leading up to our stay and while were there.Our family loved this house and agreed it truly felt like home with how well-stocked it was. Next time we head to Exuma we will definitely be renting this home again!
