We loved having access to tennis courts and the restaurant on site. Loved the property and view. Host was very easy to work and communicate with.

Wonderful place for our family of 4 to stay! The view is spectacular! The location is very convenient to everything. We would definitely stay here again.

Island paradise!

A stunning view and a wonderful property, couldn't be happier. The gated community is quiet and secluded and the house is exactly as pictured. Good restaurants in the area and plenty of water activities.

Week in paradise.

We had a great trip despite some rain, this neighborhood is a great location central to most activities on the island such as stores, dining, chat n chill ferry and Minns. Also the Rusty anchor on site and pools were great. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Villa in nice location

The villa was very nice, clean and very well appointed. The location right in from of the beach and pool is very nice and convenient. Host and property manager were always available and was easy to communicate with. February Point is one of the nicest resort communities in Exuma, very close to downtown. We really enjoyed our time at Seacroft villa. Highly recommended.

Excellent vacation spot

This villa is has a gorgeous back area with the ocean, and full access to it. Close to restaurants, grocery stores and has a beautiful view. The owner, Phil and Denise, are very kind and accommodating. When we need help, they always give their prompt response. We will definitely come back in the future. Hope we can see a king size bed in the master bedroom and two Kayaks in the backyard :). Jing

Wonderful villa in great location

We stayed here for 5 days over spring break with our 4 and 6 yr olds. We like to explore and Seacroft Villa is in the perfect location for that. We went all the way to Barraterre in the north of the island and south through Little Exuma, west to Catch a Fire and east over to Stocking Island. Everyone we met was incredibly friendly and I never felt unsafe or uneasy. February Point was great with 2 pools and a nice beach for our kids to play on. The house was exactly what we needed - 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and Disney Jr on the TV for down times. I highly recommend Seacroft Villa.

Great Stay!

This property’s location is great- right in the heart of Georgetown. Shopping, food store, restaurants and boat rentals were all minutes away. Loved the ability to snorkel/swim right outside the home but be sure to bring water shoes as the beach is extremely rocky once you descend the stairs towards the water. Wendy, the property manager, was extremely responsive and gave us great beach recommendations. Owners were always quick to respond as well! The pools are very close to the unit, which was great for the kids. We are a very active family so I did miss a kayak or paddle board- it seemed most of the units around us had this feature included with the rental. Overall though this a really comfortable home in a great location and we highly recommend!

Please read if considering this property. The property is in a great location with a fantastic restaurant on grounds. The owner was helpful with suggestions for businesses to use and places to go on island. The home was clean. With all of that said, when we arrived there were issues right away. The refrigerator does not have an ice maker and cools but not like it should. There were two empty ice trays left in the freezer and only two paper towels left on the only paper towel roll in the house. I was told the property manager would bring paper towels but he/she never did. The water pressure was LOW! It was so low that one of the showers was not able to be used at all. I was told it was due work being done on the water pipes and was an issue all over the island. We spoke with several people that said their water pressure was fine. At one point we had absolutely NO water. The owner sent his maintenance man out. The maintenance man said the property needs a water pump installed because there is not enough pressure to push the water upstairs properly. When I relayed the message to the owner he said they had been considering installing a pump and a new refrigerator. So these were clearly known issues. The door on the master shower was broke as well. Also, the ac stops in the middle of the night causing us to wake up hot every night. The property has so much potential but is not well maintained. The island is absolutely fantastic and we did not let the accommodations ruin our stay.

The perfect Honeymoon

This property is gorgeous! Phil and Denise are super hosts and replied quickly to our needs. The location was the best on the island in our opinion. The Beach Club, Restraunt, and Marina are a 5 min walk from the villa. The Exuma market is a 5 min drive and everyone we met there were so nice and helpful. The staff at February Point made us feel like family. Swimming at our own private beach just out the back door was so awesome! We rented a small boat and ran around Elizabeth Harbor for 3 days, landing on the most beautiful beaches and finding all the local attractions (A must do!!) You get to see so much more from the water. Fishing was great too. Our honeymoon could not have been more perfect! We are definitely coming back next year. The only part we didnt like so much was having to leave. Thanks Phil and Denise for sharing your beautiful villa!

Disgustingly dirty and needs updating desperately

We were so very excited to stay here. It looks charming online. Sadly, it was horribly dirty, hair everywhere and no attention to cleanliness throughout whole property. Yes, the view was great, but I cannot stay in someone else's mess. The property manager was notified immediately and they cleaned the next day. When I sent the owners a video to show them they insinuated that since we stayed their a night, that maybe it was our mess. No... do a DNA test on the thousand hairs that were found in the villa and I guarantee they were none of ours. We ended up leaving and staying at another place because I couldn't get over the fact that they tried to pass the place as clean. I questioned what else might have not been up to par if they thought what they presented us what ok. If you want into a clean villa there is still the issue of the lack of updating, need of painting and general maintenance. It needs new bedding, beds, pillow, towels and a good paint job. If you are not particular, then this could be your place at a reasonable rate. If you prefer nice and clean, I would go elsewhere.

We loved this property! Out of all the places we snorkeled on the island, the sea life right off our front porch was the most impressive. We saw a sea turtle, several starfish, conchs, a stingray, and multiple species of fish. The villa is just a short walk from the restaurant and spa, where I had the best ocean-side massage! Even during bad weather, the view was stunning. We would absolutely recommend this villa. The owners were very responsive and polite! We were able to have our taxi from the airport be our driver all week. Metia!

1st visit to the Exumas

We really enjoyed our stay. We rented a Jeep from Airport Car Rental. While expensive, it was worth it since we did encounter some very rough patches of roadway. We were fortunate to be visiting the island during Regatta. It was a really fun week. Also, we highly recommend renting a boat from Minns. We spent several days out on the water and exploring the beaches and sandbars. You absolutely cannot appreciate the beauty of Elizabeth Harbour unless you are on the water. It's probably the most beautiful water we've ever seen. The pictures we took do not do it justice, it's truly beautiful!

Really nice place.

Amazing location, ocean is out your back door. The kitchen was very well equipped to make cooking anything you wanted a breeze. Beds were comfortable. Master bath shower is small, low water pressure throughout the house( not the fault of the owners) There were a few water stains on the ceilings. But besides that a very nice property would definitely go back.

Location, Location, Location

When you arrive in this pretty Seacroft Villa, you see your own little beach and the views of that teal blue water. It immediately relaxes you. Their beach is full of starfish, fish and turtles to get to see. The Villa is just the perfect place - well-appointed, and comfortable. You feel at home but with a view that is perfection. The location can't be beat - close to town, shops, restaurants and marina. Every year, we enjoy the villa even more! Thanks Denise & Phil for always welcoming us to your home each year! Cathy

Beautiful views

The resort was very nice a safe. The pool, hot tub and restaurant were very nice. The unit was very spacious and only steps away from the water. The view from the primary bedroom is amazing. The owner Phil always responded immediately throughout the process.

Amazing!

What a beautiful home in a beautiful place!! The owners were so communicative, as was the local property manager. The proximity to water was so great, with snorkeling just steps from the house. The house was very spacious for our family of four and we used the kitchen a lot! Would highly recommend this home in February Point!

The Villa was as beautiful as pictured. It was clean upon arrival, conveniently located to the activities we wanted to do, and the resort provided a welcome and relaxing place to finish out the days.

We were one of the first to buy at February Point. The development was advertised in an English Sunday newspaper and it looked gorgeous so we got on a plane to Exuma. Although we could only see the foundations being laid for the property, we knew it was going to be an amazing home for us, especially as the turquoise water was only a few feet away. Even though we have visited many times, we still experience that jaw dropping moment when we see the ocean from the property for the first time. It is a privilege to own Seacroft villa and we love hearing how our guests have enjoyed their stay with us. In many cases, they have had a magical life changing experience. We hope you will have the same.

Phil and Denise are English and live in London. If you make an inquiry we will usually respond within an hour or two, but there may be a time difference so could take a little longer.

A little taste of heaven! Great Exuma is beautiful and unspoiled it sold itself to us. February Point is probably the most beautiful location on the island and close to George Town & amenities. The villa is one of very few actually on the beach front at February Point resort.

An opportunity to stay in one of just a very few properties on the February Point resort that are directly on the beachfront. Just walk out of the door and you are on the beach! Swim, snorkel, dive or fish or relax and just enjoy the view! The villa is a stones throw from the resort infinity edged freshwater swimming pool. Seacroft is perfect for that special get 'away from it all' vacation and you can be sure that you will return home feeling relaxed & revitalised.
