The house is everything it is advertised to be! Very nice, great set up. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking needs. We were there in the off season -- the dock and pool were very nice, though we did not get in the water. The property manager was wonderful and communication was excellent! We had a great stay and already plan to go back!

Great house!

We really enjoyed our time. There were 8 of us and 2 dogs and PLENTY of space. Being able to dock up to the house was a huge bonus. Would definitely book again.

Long stay

We had some renovations being done and we stayed here for more than a month. It became home. The kitchen has everything you’ll need and I heard they are getting it renovated, so it should be a brand new kitchen for summer 2025! There are plenty of clean, fluffy towels and it’s located near some great restaurants at the Langtree exit. We had a really pleasant stay.

Porch Paradise lives up to it's name

Our family enjoyed the spaciousness of the home. All of the adult beds are King size-big plus. The home is furnished comfortably. The cove and neighborhood are quiet. The porch is the real draw. We found ourselves gathering together on the porch at all different times of the day. The pool is a nice addition.

Porch paradise doesn’t disappoint

House looks as pictured. Nice size and layout. Clean, property management was always in touch and available if needed. Easy check in/out. Quiet neighborhood, close to grocery store, Costco, and restaurants. Pool is small, but enough room to hang out and cool off. I would go back for sure.

It was a good property… however the porch was somewhat untidy, patio around the pool was very unsafe…uneven… many bees and flies they made it unsafe and u. Pleasant at times to be wither around the pool or on the outside wraparound porch. Rooms were clean… kitchen had all the things we needed…plenty of towels and toilet paper… cooling worked well… neighborhood was nice. Would like to talk to someone about a home for next year.

Nice property

Everyone loved this house. The pool is a little small. The game room was very nice. We couldn't get the air hockey table to work until the owner happened to stop by. He showed us where the cord was to plug it in, it had been hidden inside the body of the table. He also gave me permission to get another kayak out of the garage. We then had three kayaks and me, my son and grandson went out on the lake. It was my grandson's first time of paddling a kayak by himself and he was impressed. We will consider returning to this house in the future.

The house is quite large and the neighborhood is quiet and appealing. We had 9 sleeping at the house and greatly appreciated the comfortable King beds, multiple bathrooms, and the spacious kitchen that had all we would ever need. We appreciated the little touches like existing tea & coffee options, decorative touches (little toilet paper ghost) & the check-ins leading up to the trip plus a thumbs up satisfaction request upon arrival. Shout out to Brandy and the Mooresville team; they understand customer service and they do it well.

We had 4 generations of our family here for the week. We brought our boat down and really enjoyed the easy access to the lake, and the house was perfect. Our only two things we didn't like was the pool felt more like an ice bath than a pool. The 4 year old paid no attention to it but the rest of us couldn't even enjoy it. The other is nothing about the home it was just the mosquito's were horrible and we couldn't really enjoy the back porch.

Four generations under one roof for a week is something special, and we're glad the home and the boat access made it work so smoothly. Thank you for the honest notes as well. The pool concern has been passed along to our team so it can be looked into, and we appreciate you flagging it. As for the mosquitoes, they can certainly be relentless near the water at certain times of year, and we're sorry they kept you off the back porch. We hope to have the opportunity to host your family again.
