Great condo and location! We had all we needed and more. It’s steps from the beach and nearby restaurants and shops. We had a great visit and would definitely book again!

The location was prefect. Lots of room to accommodate us and some visitors we had while we were there. Everything provided that we needed for our stay. It wasn’t as clean as I think it should have been. The floors seemed dirty and the dust accumulated on the furnace door was disgusting. I used the broom to get it all off. The rugs in the bathrooms could use a washing as well.

The condo was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed watching the sunrise from the living room.

family vacation

very nice spacious condo…10 of us worked out perfectly…. easy access to pool and beach…..only 2 parking passes not good when families are coming from 3 different places…. elevators worked half the time …..night before checkout not a cart in sight…. ppl hoarding them in their rooms so they would be sure to have one in the morning… considering every thing we had a great week there and would definitely come back.

We appreciate the review! Due to the building have a lot of units, the HOA will only supply 2 parking passes per reservation. We do disclose this information on the property listing and in our check-in instructions. The HOA is also responsible for the community elevators and complimentary luggage carts. It seems those issues have been resolved. We hope to see you again. Thank you for staying with us!

Accuracy of listing

One of the major reasons we picked this condo was due to master being a king size bed, as advertised. The master was a queen and not a king. We were disappointed, as I am pregnant and we were hoping for a bigger bed. Location was great!

Salty Girls

Property was as presented. There were only two concerns: in several of the outlets, at least in the master bedroom suite, they sparked when we plugged items in. Also, the outdoor location of bathrooms were sparse in general for the condos and the entire town. The ones that were available were not clearly marked. And, in almost every case we had to ask someone where we could go to the bathroom. This may be a local issue. Not sure. But it is obvious to outsiders that something has gone on. Other than that, the beach was great! The beach chair rental experience was convenient and so affordable! We ate across the street at that restaurant and it was great; food and entertainment. We also ate at Blu. The food was wonderful. We enjoyed the many shops down the little strip. We went into Charleston and shopped around King Street, ate at taco bar, saw Toto & Journey at the coliseum where we danced the night away. Overall, our visit was outstanding!

This was a great rental. It was exactly as presented. The beach access is outstanding, the pool is very nice. The condo is spacious - our 5 adult family did not feel crowded and one of us was able to work remotely while we were there. It is very clean and modern.

Great for a family vacation. Love Folly Beach- not so commercial! Go to Lost Dog and Lighthouse Preserve and 400 year old tree.

Great location that’s ideal for families, with plenty of space to accommodate multiple guests. The private beach access and on-site pool add great convenience, and being across from several walkable bars and restaurants makes it an especially enjoyable place to stay. Reserved parking is an added bonus. The oceanfront view is priceless and speaks for itself. Enjoy your stay!

Great place, close to restaurants and shops. My kids didn't care for the firm mattresses and the master shower was the best shower n used alot. Smoke alarm low battery alert in one of the bedrooms.
