Come enjoy the tranquility that this unique suite offers. You'll be under an hour to three incredible ski resorts (30 mins to Nordic, 38 to Snowbasin, 40 to Powder Mountain). Come back after a day on the slopes to relax on the front patio all while being surrounded by trees and beautiful views of the mountains. Come meet our horses, goats, and chickens and learn about the amazing and transformative power animals can have over us (please inquire about our farm experience availability!). This beautiful apartment is completely private with a separate entrance, pathway, and parking spot. Charming kitchen with a large dining area, cozy fireplace, and comfortable tv area. Free standing tub connected to the master bedroom with comfortable queen bed (and an air mattress for extra guests). Pack n play available upon request.

You will have your own off-street parking spot, private walkway, and separate entrance. Every space in the suite is private.

We know how important privacy is on a vacation. We offer self check in options that allow you the flexibility of keeping your own schedule and the ease of checking in whenever works best for you. We are available for anything you might need.

We are passionate about our animals! For our guests, we offer horseback riding and an animal experience with feeding our goats and chickens. Please inquire for pricing / availability. :) Friends / small party available upon request.

We do have 2 active exterior cameras - one pointed at the road and one at the entrance to the basement suite.
We do not have a long list of rules, we simply ask that our guests respect our home. No parties, no smoking/vaping inside, no loud music, and respect the space.

Absolutely no smoking in the property! You must be at least 25 feet away from the property to smoke. Any violations will result in a 500$ fee.

Check in begins at 4 pm and check out is at 11 am
