Beach House Residence – a luxurious place to unwind for your unforgettable vacation! This stunning home offers an open floorplan, 4 Bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, with room for 10 guests. Enjoy beautiful views of the gulf and take in those gorgeous sunsets from the large, wrapping balcony. Venture on a stroll to the communities beach access or relax at the Calini Beach Club pool where you can get lounge chairs for enjoying the peaceful tropic breeze. With 13 public beach access points, wonderful shops and restaurants, Siesta Key promises great experiences for everyone who visits. Take advantage of the tranquil waters, soft sand, and warm sun as you explore all the island has to offer and unwind at the end of a fantastic day in this beautiful home.

Siesta Key has 13 beach access points and a free trolley system making all of Siesta Key easily accessible no matter where you are on the island!

Important things to note:
- We only guarantee 1 parking space per rental unit.
- Check-in is located at our office off site of the property. The address will be shared with check-in instructions.
- Security Authorization Hold taken upon check-in: $1,500. This hold is released upon inspection of unit after check-out or charged for damages found to the unit.

Luxurious for us with only two couples…could have easily slept more. Staff and management company all super friendly and helpful. Beautiful condo and really perfect location.

Beach access is a little dicey. You’ll have to use one of the public beach strips since all of the beachfront condos seem to own the areas in front of their buildings.

The view of the gulf was awesome! We really enjoyed the balcony. Space within the unit was great as well. The management company was very responsive when we had questions and when we had the issue with the air conditioner as well. Would highly recommend the unit and the management company. One issue was that the garbage pickup did not happen and it was very hard to find a place to put the garbage. One other concern is that the gate for the beach is a little bit further away and not very convenient.

Outstanding Accommodations. Perfect location.

The property information and photos are spot on! No expense was spared in property design, house contents and quality. Truly wonderful experience. Location optimal. Steps to entertainment, trolley service, multiple eateries (including small market), shared pool and beach.

Awesome condo

This is an amazing condo that is very close to the beach near Siesta Key and Crescent Beach. This 3rd floor unit has great views of the beach and sunsets from the big deck. Bedrooms and bathrooms are awesome. Lots of room in the kitchen and main living room for our group. Walk to the beach with ease and restaurants too. We'll stay again if we are in the Siesta Key area.

Family celebration

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was ideal for our 4 kids and adults stay. The space and location made it so easy to enjoy the beach and the market area with trolley stop right at your front door. We had one issue with a toilet and management was very kid and responsive. We appreciate you. The kitchen was stocked with all the needed supplies for cooking. Plus the beach supplies were perfect to get us on the beach quickly. We will definitely stay here again. My kids didnt want to leave

Perfect in many ways

We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful condo. The furnishings were very comfortable and tasteful. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds and bedding were comfortable. The pictures are accurate. We really loved the view. Sunsets were very special. The family enjoyed the location across the street from restaurants and shops with the pool and beach only steps away. We’ve been vacationing over the holidays for the past 13 years and this was one of my family’s favorites. Be sure to visit Jake’s Ice Cream while you’re there. Thank you for the memories.

This condo was amazing!

This condo was absolutely amazing! We had a family of 10 with plenty of room for us all. The location could not have been better. We were steps from the beach, restaurants, bars, ice cream, live entertainment and of course our kids favorite Mini Donuts. We enjoyed the shared pool after the beach and the balcony with gorgeous views. There were also plenty coolers, chairs, umbrellas and a wagon for the beach. The condo also supplies a cabinet full of games. We had fun time playing Monopoly and Pictionary one evening it rained. The Siesta Key Trolley stop was also just steps away from the condo. I have been traveling to Siesta for 57 years and this was one of the best places to stay. We will definitely be back!
